Worst experience ever! I spent over $100 on a pickup order & the initial attitude I received was so uncalled for & unprofessional. The 2 young girls working as cashiers did not want to give me utensils or straws for my order. The atmosphere was definitely uncomfortable & rushed after I paid. As a Navy veteran, this place is a disgrace. The owners might be good people but their employees are horrible. I wouldn't recommend this shack to a homeless person. Very entitled & unprofessional.

It says only 92% recommend this place. that seems a bit low. The food is great and the weekly specials are always worth checking out. If they do the shrimp and grits special again check that out. I wish it was a permanent menu item. Locally owned by nice people.
Despite some lukewarm reviews for the brisket, I decided to get some for my anniversary. Ordered some takeout along with the pork rolls that my wife loves. She and I were crazy about the brisket, tender and juicy. Will definitely order it again. BTW, I liked the atmosphere of the dining area. I believe we have a local BBQ place that Memphis folks would want to make the drive for.

An awesome mom and pop spot with amazing service and outstanding food. We got the huge, barbecue egg rolls, fried green beans, fried green tomatoes and the Cowboy Burger everything was to die for...I will be coming back
