This has got to be the slowest Papa John’s I have ever ordered from. I have ordered from here many times and 90% of the time it takes over 1.5 hours to make the order. Just tonight, it has taken over an hour to even put the pizzas in the oven.

Ordered online, pizza was to be delivered at the latest 3:49, called and was told they didn’t have any delivery drivers. Was on hold the first time for 30 mins. And was told they would make the order fresh when the Door Dash delivery person showed up. After the order was over an hour late, I called to cancel my order, and was told by the young lady that she couldn’t cancel and that the manager would have todo this. Was never offered a discount or a free pizza the next time. Both employees I spoke with were rude and I can guaranty that I will not be ordering from PJ's Atoka again. Owner should take a hard look at how things are being run in his/hers absence!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing!

Terrible service. They took over 45 minutes to an hour to prepare once the order was put in. One large pizza and cheese sticks. They need to step it up or hire more people there on a Friday night when everyone wants to order pick up or delivery. This is not the first time it’s been that way either. Hire better management.

They will run out of food, tell everyone there they are out, then hope you don't notice. Great place to order food you won't get and no refund. Just order Marco's. Better pizza. Better deals.

Have a bad ratio of not making what you actually ordered . What a joke. You order a Tuscan 6 cheese and get 1 cheese guaranteed. Better than domino's I guess.

I read multiple bad reviews about their service and how slow they are. I decided to take a chance anyways just to see for myself. I’m glad I did because I placed an order online and went to pick it up around the time they said it’d be ready (technically 2 minutes BEFORE they said it’d be ready), walked in, and it was ready and handed over. Fast and friendly. I don’t normally write reviews but thought I should share some positivity on this to help others decide if they want to give them a chance as well.

The District manager over this store is a joke, he does not care about your teenager and their safely when it comes to weather, disgruntle customers, lack of staff to fulfill the order or even when you get hurt on the job. I recommend you to not let your teenager work in the toxic environment.

When we pulled into a parking lot in acatoa we didn't even know where we were..

I personally have worked Papa John's before.

The atmosphere was better they had a full crew.

Young men and women working together and a proper manager.

I make those pizzas myself typically.

And to see someone else making it as good as I .

Proper , smiling and polite while still chill vibes .

Akatoa was a really cool stop. Give these guys their credit. Good work

Vegetarian options: It's a pizza make it how you like it.

Kid-friendliness: The staff look young and smiling and the manager was prompt, polite as well.

Every time I've ordered at this papa johns, maybe 16 to 17 times in the last year, we are given alerts that our food is ready, only to show up and it hasn't been started yet.
Waits for takeout are usually 40 to 55 minute waits on slow days.
