I stopped at this Sonic yesterday. I only ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger, it took forever to get the burger and when I did the burger was cold and had too much ketchup and mayo on it. I think I will just go across the street to Chick-fil-A. You guys need to step it up. This happened and you only had at least 5 cars on the entire parking alot. Not even an apology for the long wait time, and I still tipped the car hop, she was polite.

I paid almost 5$ for a small (and I mean small) milkshake that was awful. Tasted like powder mix. It just wasn't like it used to be. I think they changed to powder?!?

I asked for ranch with my tots on the speaker before they even brought my food out. There was no ranch in bag and when I asked the lady for ranch, she told me she was gonna have to charge me. I said that’s fine I would just like ranch, please but I did ask on the speaker and it says it on my receipt it’s just not in my bag and then she said I’ll have to charge me Three different times. Finally I was like that’s OK for the third time she walked off with an attitude came back I gave her the money for the ranch Also, my tots are stale and my drink taste like it needs to be changed out.

When ordering food here you expect to get what you order right? Unfortunately this doesn't happen here. Its always a sloppy mess and made incorrectly since making a cheese burger is apparently too complicated! Ive gone 3 times and they never get the order right and I cant turn around on my lunch break to drive back to get it corrected due to timing.What a waste of money! Im officially done trying this place! Yall need to take pride in your work instead of running a gross slop box!
The workers are truly the sweetest! I use the sonic app and the food always comes out hot. I will continue coming to this location ☺️

On June 19, 2025, placed an order for double smasher ,onion rings, footlong coney, coke and oreo blast. When order was received, the oreo blast has pickles on top of the oreos and mixed inside of the ice cream. Whoever fixed this order must be very incompetent!!
