Never order online, I’m convinced management is supporting this because everytime I go it’s always new faces but the food always looks the same. Probably been 4 times in the past year just because there’s no sub shops near and I don’t want to go to millington. Not to mention the deals are online only. I will now make a new account every visit to rack up their bad reviews until the owner makes a change. Asked for a normal amount of lettuce. Probably 10 thin slices total.

I order here often because my food is correct and ready, and the employees are great. Tonight was different: something didn't work correctly with the app so my order did not go through until after I arrived. That wasn't a big issue, but the attitude I got from the blonde young man working was unnecessary. I gave him my name and his first comment was "I don't have an order for that name followed by you must be at the wrong location." And then he just walked away as I was trying to show him the order confirmation. I was not rude, and I do not appreciate rudeness from employees at any restaurant. I'm hoping that when I get home, that my kids orders are correct. I will say the young gentleman with dark hair was much more pleasant to deal with, as was the older employee who was able to get my order off their computer.

The worst service I had in this establishment so far… had to keep repeating my order and my sandwich’s did not get toasted as asked several times. Sandwiches were pushed to the end and sat there cause nobody was there to make them until a young lady came out the kitchen and did. There was only white bread and flat bread. Sandwiches were not made correctly again !!! after asking for toppings several times my sandwich was closed and give to the cashier. So if I would have yelled at someone then I would’ve been considered a "Karen" when in reality the workers had very BAD customer service to a customer that stayed calm and Also the cookies were hard as a brick. So the question is how are you all going to fix this story because the reviews are AWFUL!

It was the WORST sub I have ever had .?♂️ And some employees need a refresher on cleanliness, sanitary, sterile, whatever. Shouldn't be touching EVERYTHING in the store with a gloved hand and then touching peoples food with the same gloved hand .,

Blonde, Hispanic lady was very nice and very considerate. She made the sandwiches very well, and we complemented that. And we were having such a lovely conversation too!
The Second Lady, however, was so rude. She told the blonde lady she was “taking too long and talking too much” and when she got our sandwiches she flung everything everywhere and was in such a rush.
We really didn’t appreciate that.

Everytime I go, Harris is working and he does a phenomenal job each time. I love his creativity when I ask him to just make me what he thinks is good. Smiling, happy and hard working.
Fourhead is also very great at his job. Although every time I come in, he seems to stand in the back like he's avoiding me. But I think we'll become great friends.

Worst Subway location in the country imo. Everyone has an attitude and looks at you like you have the audacity to order a sandwich, every order I've ever gotten from there has been wrong, and I'm not entirely sure if they can't read or just don't care about what ingredients you want on your sandwich when you order online. Everyone looks annoyed that they have to work and the sense of entitlement they give off is unreal. Asked for chipotle on a sandwich and it's got Buffalo. They're both orange so they must be the same thing. Silly me. Needs entirely new staff or management because there have been a few new people here and there but the attitude never changes.
the subway experience here is fine unless emma is working!! every time she makes a sandwich she just throws together without any care for the customers. my sandwich has meat falling off of it every time and it is a mess. there are many negative reviews about her so its not just me!! this is awful.

Had the worst interaction at 10:30 Sunday morning. Emma was doing our order and made me and my friend extremely uncomfortable. She was visibly upset and annoyed about our order. Considering we were the only people in there our entire time I couldn’t understand why she was so upset. She was slamming and throwing things and was cussing very loudly. We ordered a pizza and she stabbed it.Will not be returning in the mornings. I could go on.
