This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to in my life. They haven't gotten a single order of mine correct in the past 5 years. Last night, I stop by and place an order in the drive through. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I get my food and 8 items are missing. I go in to get it straightened out and there are already 7 other people at the counter going off about how terrible the service is. The whole time, all the employees are walking around talking, laughing, and messing with their phones. The manager then informs me I'll have to wait another 20 minutes if I want my other 8 tacos. I've never seen a more worthless group of people. When this place caught fire a couple years ago, they should have just let it burn.

This is the 3rd time we have had issues with our food. Tonight I’m missing a side for my chicken and no sauce at all for the tacos. Last time we were missing a chalupa and potatoes. The time before that I waited 30 minutes to order at the intercom. I don’t know what is going on but this is terrible service!

We went through drive thru and heard the 11 item list of things you dont have and decided to go inside and order and heard the employees arguing with a customer at the door and we stopped so we left . I have had several bad trips here but i was going to give it another try but my mistake. If your having a good day don't go here it'll get ruined quick. Just not worth the trouble.

They cannot seem to get an order correct. Every time I go there they miss something. It takes 5 min before they acknowledge you are even there to order food and then they act like you are bothering them. Always playing around giggling in the back instead of helping the customers.

Food was wrong. Everything was piled up and stuffed in bags at the bottom of bags. F Fries dumped out. They didn’t even cut the quesadillas which were cold and they left out half our order.
food wasn't as tasty, maybe I just wasn't in the mood for it but they did forget to put my soft taco supreme in the bag, I was just getting off work and too tired to check my bag, so it 2as one of those days

I can't tell you about the food because we never got it. The people in back just wanted to play. I asked for a refund and Stephanie the manager was great about it!
The place was disgusting! The floors so oily we were literally having trouble walking on them from being so slippery. The floor around the drink station had gross black crap all around it. The non-slip mat looks like it's never been cleaned.
