I've had great and bad experiences here! the most recent time, they were out of chicken! no idea how that even happens but be fr. Another time they were out of taco shells. tacos and chicken don't cook at the same time so it always takes forever. I understand why they're the same restaurant but it would be more efficient if they were separated. I guess it's really just poor management but the lady at the front is always very kind!
Most of the time there's a line but it's always good when you get to pick up your food whether it's Taco Bell or KFC. Never have I had my order wrong and I've been here for eight years. Sometimes you just have to be patient.
I have previously left a bad review but the past month I’ve seen quite the turn around. I have previously experienced bad service as the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for ordering and the food had the bare minimum of ingredients and/or not cook properly. Tonight the staff was great, the food was cooked perfectly and was one of the best meals I’ve had from any Taco Bell. I hope this stays consistent because it doesn’t feel like I’m wasting my money...
