Do not go through drive thru unless you check your order before you drive off! Also besides wrong order hamburger and chicken had apparently been sitting under a heater for awhile. Did not order chicken ordered hamburger instead. Not busy, only car in drive thru and still had to pull up to wait on order. Won't be back.

That is one of the nastiest Wendy’s I have ever been in. One of the workers using the counter where you place your order as a prep table to make salads.

This isn’t the first time that this store has served substandard food, but it’s the last I will spend another penny. The young man at the window was polite, but I ordered 2 large chilies, and The containers were only 2/3 filled. The man at the window did not fill these. The rude woman that handed them to me managing not to even look at me. So I got 2 smalls for the price of 2 large. The franchise owner must not care because they have kept the same rude and nasty women (more than one)working there. ( not the first they have been nasty ) I’m done giving them any kind of second chances.
This is one for corporate.

Burger was incorrect. 4th or 5th time this has happened. Spoke with Cora. She acted as if it was not a concern.. She expected us to drive back up there to get the correct burger. Would not issue a coupon for a free burger. This tells you how much they value their customers.

I placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s app. We arrived at the Munford,TN location about 30 minutes before closing. As always we pulled through the driveway and arrived at the order location. A recording came across the speaker stating that the location was closed. I proceeded to pull around the building to the drive through window where a nice young man came to the window to assist me with my order. He explained that they were short staffed and that was the reason for the early closure. He also explained that he was not able to fill our entire order because the frozen frosty machine was not working due to scheduled maintenance. I received the remaining items and thanked the young man for his help.

Now for the poor service I received from customer care. I contacted customer care and was told that I would not be refunded for the items that I didn’t receive. I would have to wait for a general manager to contact me at a later date. I just feel that customer care didn’t want to assist me with my purchase. Poor customer service is a big problem with most companies today.

If I could give zero stars I would ordered off DoorDash food came everything was hard and cold took it back to the store they told they couldn’t remake it cause it didn’t come from them showed the manger on duty the receipt with they store address on it and he still insisted it didn’t come from them awful customer service and disgusting food

Ordered 8 English muffins. They gave just eggs and bacon. There is something wrong with this location, it's hiring manager and the staff. They forgot more than half of the ingredients. I bet there are food safety issues due to the lack of attention to detail and piss poor management.
