Got a sapper plate. I asked if I could could change the pancakes for waffles and was told now that's how they came. I don't know why it would matter but I took it anyway. We'd rather have the other would have been much happier for me

Food was good. Waitress not so much. She was nice but only seen her when she took our order. I asked for napkins at that time. Never got them. No refill on drinks. No endless pancakes because she never came back but had to time to sit over there and talk to other waitresses. Had to flag someone down for the check after 15 minutes

I wanted to come on here and thank Stevie, she was our waitress and I just loved the way she dealt with my allergy to gluten. She was so cooperative and helpful with the menu and she dealt with all the kids like a pro and was so sweet (we had like 12 teenagers) . But I will say the person who waited us to our seats, Courtney, was genuinely rude she had an attitude and just couldn’t stop with nasty looks.
Food was good,but not hot. Think it was sitting there waiting on the fries, cuz they were extremely hot. Took a long time to get our food, when other who came in like 30 mins after got their food a minute after ours. I asked for a to-go container and didn't get one with the check. So I got up and asked another server for one, since we didn't have all day to wait on people. Well the server mumbled to my friend paying the check as I was getting it. Traveling on the road and just needed a quick meal. Not very nice to be mumbling comments. Kept complaining about being busy. We were so disappointed and didn't even ask for our Senior discount, we just wanted to leave.

Hostess was rude on top of taking our names to be seated and then not calling our names and leaving us sitting for over an hour then calling people that come in after us!!! We and a bunch of other customers left without eating and going next door!! Ihop in Baileyton Tennessee sucks don’t go there!!!

I was about to order some food from here until I read some reviews, one review stood out to me and as a black man im glad I didn't order anything. I will never support a racist company who treats people of color with hatred and as a truck driver who passes this spot often I will never give them my business.

Fantastic location! My wife was making an 8 hour drive home to our kids and needed a pit stop. I ordered chicken and waffles on the iHop website and selected pickup.
I called the restaurant and one of the waitresses was so kind to set a table out for my wife and even ask what she wanted to drink.
Great experience, wish everywhere had service like this!
