Luckily I went with someone who knows how this works. Otherwise I would’ve been very intimidated by this concept. After being seated, you choose KBBQ or hotpot or both (up-charge for both, and unfortunately if one person gets hotpot, everyone at the table must get it). A server takes your drink order and, either with your server or on your phone, you order meats/veggies to be cooked either on the grill or in your personal pot of boiling soup base. Great new experience; The preparation, seasoning and cooking of your own meat and vegetables to your own taste while sitting at your own booth and table was awesome. The meat and vegetables brought to you were quality and fresh and you picked your seasoning. There was also an AI assisting. Staff were very Professional, Helpful, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Informative. Assisted you on making choices and how to prepare meal. You had the option to boil or grill.
Attended a going away party and had a great experience overall. The robot delivered food to the table, and the kids got a kick out of it! I gave 4 stars only because I couldn't bring any of my leftovers out. A bit of a bummer once my hot pot was just right but I was so full from the grill items. Felt like I wasted food and wish I'd of known on the front end there were no carry outs.
