I've worked at an applebees on veterans day before and this place was dead. By comparison. It could have been handled by 3 good servers that's how slow it was and I seen what appeared to be 7 including the bartenders. I asked 2 people (including 1 manager) and waited 32 minutes before someone came to help. Why the manager didn't write down and ring it in and tell someone to look out for the order, I have no clue. But whatever. A lady came and I felt bad because at first I was a rude but 12 hours of works and a 32 minute wait for food that takes about 12 minutes or so to cook I was pretty hungry and angry about the whole thing 🙈 But I did apologize a couple times especially since it was undeserved when she was there trying to help and wasn't my actual server. But this place needs to do better. After seeing how slow it was and the service I received. I'm just glad it wasn't a date night /family night out like the neighboring table. I won't be going here for date night, That's a guaranteed promise.

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s that I wanted to share a full review. From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting and upbeat atmosphere made the visit feel comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of their guests. My server checked in regularly, kept drinks filled, and made sure everything arrived just the way I ordered it.
The food was the real highlight. I ordered one of their signature entrées, and it came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the presentation was clean and appealing. The appetizers were just as impressive—crispy, well-seasoned, and perfect for sharing. Everything tasted exactly like the kind of comfort food you look forward to when you go out to enjoy a relaxed, casual meal.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-lit, and welcoming, with TVs placed perfectly for anyone who enjoys watching sports during dinner. Even though it was busy, the service was quick and organized, and the entire dining experience felt smooth and enjoyable.
Applebee’s continues to be a dependable spot for great food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I left completely satisfied and will definitely be returning soon.

11/11/2025 Veterans Day free meal today. Thanks to Applebee's, you never have to worry about where you might go for your veterans meal. They will always get it right for you!
Bartlett Rd location, I enjoyed the best bacon cheeseburger & fries I've had in a very long time! The servers were very busy with the holiday, but they were also very attentive and polite to all their customers. Kudos to this team, & Applebee's!

Food has become mediocre at best..not very busy at all(Tuesday dinner time), we were seated right away & the service was great. Bartender wasnt present so our waitress said she couldn't make any frozen drinks & would have to follow the recipe book to make anything else, we settled that with a simple beer! Lol Service was friendly & quick, I think I only saw 2 ladies on the floor, the bar area had several people, but only a handful of tables had people. Prices have gone up(like they have everywhere) but the quality of food has dwindled. Great location in Bartlett & honestly the only one semi nearby as so many locations are closing, which is sad 😔

Brittany had just arrived to work and I had been sitting for a while waiting for service. I was about to leave and flagged her down for help. She said don't worry I'll take care of you and your party she was fast very tentative and did everything for us. Thanks for saving the day Brittany she made our drinks as well which were pretty good.🙂

I visited with a friend for dinner. They seated us in a section where apparently no one was working cause a worker never came by to take our drink order or anything. After waiting for about 30mins I finally was able to flag down the same gentleman who sat us and I asked him if anyone was working in the section we were in. He mumbled something and went up to the hostess stand. After a few mins he came towards our table but not close enough to understand what he mumbled to me. We sat there for about 5 more mins then took our menus and silverware to the same gentleman that I've been dealing with all night and I said that we were going to eat somewhere else. All he said was ok!!! Like really, you don't care that you're now losing 2 customers and money???? I'm very disappointed and probably won't be back. I haven't been there in yrs and was really looking forward to a nice evening out. I would give zero stars if I could

It was reasonably busy. I was seated fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and professional and the patrons were smiling and friendly. I was comfortable and didn't feel rushed and the staff was attentive.
