Ordered takeout and it was disgraceful. The portions or meat were almost non existent. 1 sauce for a bunch of beef sandwiches and 2 drips of au jus. Go somewhere else for sure, this chain is tanking

I’m one of those people that rarely goes inside fast food restaurants anymore but I popped inside the Arby’s in Bartlett on Highway 64 today for lunch. This may be the cleanest quick service restaurant I have seen in years. Very quick service and the young lady behind the counter was exceptionally friendly. Outstanding. It’s good to see the Fast food industry being impressive once again. Great job Arby’s.

I don’t know who the hell took my order on Jan 5 at 1:50 pm at this location, but she was completely rude, wouldn’t let me finish speaking to get my order, and her attitude was totally uncalled for. I had to pull around to tell her my order and she still couldn’t get it right at all. I ended up going somewhere else. Needs work on customer service

Overall food was great and the guy working was ok. He got our drinks wrong but there was someone there working on the drink machine so I'd say it's 50/50 on if it was his fault or not.
