I recently went into this location on Kirby whitten ( Bartlett TN) by the Starbucks and McAlister's deli to order some food and saw a wig on the counter!!! Why in the heck would a employees think it's okay to let their employees or customers leave hair on the front counter where customers order their food. I walked right out.If y'all are willing to leave hair on the counter than it will be in food. Please don't eat here. This location is always lazy and forgets the drinks as well so i know it's the employees that did this action.
The staff was extremely rude as let us know that the dining room is closed. They should just close this location down permanently. No one is going here anymore.
Food took twice as long as quoted at the drive through, burgers were dry, fries still cold in the middle. When I tried to either get my food (after waiting in the parking lot for nearly 30 minutes) or my money back, the staff proceeded to laugh at me. Unprofessional and bad food. Will NOT be going back! Deleting the app.
The 2931 Kirby- Whitten Parkway location served spoiled Mac & cheese today, this location just needs to close like the others. The health Department will be notified & given what was served today.
there is no valid reason to still have the dining room closed. the employees and managers are obviously extremely lazy and prefer to only operate through the drive through.
Normally I order the bacon cheddar burger, which is always on point. This time I decided to try the honey bbq burger. Major disappointment!!. You would think a bbq burger would be DRIPPING with bbq sauce. This burger was DRY!!. When I lifted the bun, there was a DROP of bbq sauce barely spread on the bun!! MAYBE it was just this location. I will try another location to see.
This location is usually quick and the food is usually really good. On occasion the fries will be a little undercooked but overall really good
Ordered 2 burgers - one of them a double. Our order arrived and both sandwiches were missing the actual hamburger! Tried to call three times and it went to a full voicemail box, so no ability to get ahold of anyone at the restaurant to get this fixed.
Have an additional fee. For .50 cent.Yes. That would make or break me. Because the food is over priced already and then to skip in .50 cent on combos. It’s not worth. It’s not the original bread not hot combos for over $11 no sir
Very slow service, employees at window weren’t very friendly.. food was good.. but no napkins or ketchup!!I love the seasoned fries ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m typing this while waiting for my food. The drive-thru attendant got my order wrong by adding a combo after I clearly asked for “just a sandwich”, magically decided that I ordered a Sprite, took TWENTY (20) MINUTES to make the food while I was sitting at the window, AND upon reviewing the receipt, I notice that a 5% “supply chain fee” has been added to the menu board prices without my knowledge or consent.Horrible service. Go to the nearby Five Guys instead.
03/26/22So I entered drive thru@ 6pm with my patient in car with me to grab dinner, employee anounce that they were only accepting cash at this time. Went forward with order only to get to window and be handed wrong order and was ask to pull for my order. It is now 6:53 & still nothing!!! OMG WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
