This place is great. Nice hole in the wall diner homey feel. Affordable breakfast and great taste. Definitely will come back, this place does great looking seafood breakfast i saw other people get. Breakfast on weekends is packed, plan to come early. Pancakes are great too, way better than ihops.

Bartlett breakfast factory is conveniently located, unassuming breakfast joint with ample parking. The food is made to order and hot and good. I had a omelette and added some additional bacon. It also came with hashbrowns, which were good. I noticed that many people got the fish and grits and the restaurant. The service was relatively quick. I waited about 15 minutes, but I didn't notice that other side did a little longer. The ambience can be described as quaint. It's a small place, but it's clean and comfortable. I'll be back if I want some brunch foods and have a little time.

Not pleased at all, been waiting for over an hour, 1 hour and almost 15 minutes to be exact. I’ve been waiting for a veggie omelette, one pancake, and the Bartlett breakfast. I was told the wait would be 15-20 min .. highly unacceptable. Every time I go to the counter (which is every 10 min) to ask about my food I am being told it’s coming out. Will not be coming here again.

Chef Flava's and his crew are a great team that putting out some of the best food in the Memphis area! I just think it's time to get a bigger space and a few more employees to cut down on the wait times! I was there for over an hour waiting in pancakes and eggs. I totally understand, but the wait time went from 20 mins, to give us another 7 mins, till it will be another 10 mins. Next thing you know, I wasn't even hungry for breakfast anymore! Great people and Excellent food, just don't be in Any hurry when you order. Or order online an hour in advance!

I struggled to eat the breakfast. My grits and veggie omelet was extremely seasoned with something like creole or Cajun seasonings. The only thing I enjoyed was the pancake. The space is very small. We were lucky to find a seat. So be prepared to carry out.

I came into restaurant this morning and the cook was busy no problem but the other things I saw I didn't like he was wrapping a customer food with his bare hands, he also always has earbuds on so how can hear the orders that can't help with SOS( speed of service) he always is touching the earbuds with his gloves on, the young lady at the counter always seems overwhelmed she put coffee stirs in a cup with her bare hands never washed them, they had a family member eating behind the line.
Just my opinion the restaurant has good food but the space isn't big enough for the volume they get and besides the owners and more mature lady with dreads the customer service lacks a lot. After seeing what I saw today the likelihood of me coming back is slim to none. I hope you don't take this review on a negative note but a way to help especially from someone that has over 20 years restaurant management experience.

This would be done much better as a hotplate Togo spot. Very few places to sit. Out common breakfast foods. Fountain machine broken. I went here because it was recommended, I was disappointed. This would be a wonderful location for hotplates Togo 🧐💯
