I had the fish and OMG! I wish the hours were longer. The people are so nice. I’ve been 4 times since I heard about them. And I live in east Memphis and they in Bartlett. And it worth the drive.

My food was subpar. I attempted to reach out several times but it was to no avail. My fish was undercooked. I had 3 shrimp in my shrimp and grits, with no bacon or anything else. I wanted to give them another opportunity since I get it and understand things happen sometimes. I wanted to have the same experience as everyone else. I have pictures and videos. I ended up eating noodles, as I had given up going anywhere else due to fear of experiencing the same thing.

Delicious and packed out! People on top of people in there. That's how you know it's good, but opt for take-out to have a better experience. Otherwise people will be standing over you while you try to eat. 🫣

The restaurant was filthy my friend got sick after the food I looked behind the counter where they were cooking the counter floors nasty and window dirty employees talking over the food

My friend and I stood in front of the building, from 6:00 to 6:10 as the employees stared at us with the open sign on and would not open the door don't know how the food is and probably never will because that irritated me enough to leave.

Let me start by saying the food was just ok. I had the pancakes plate. With a side of grits. Its really hard to mess up pancakes, sausage and eggs. So my problem is not about the food.The staff was very friendly. but when you get up to the register, you can see the chef cooking.It was not that clean behind the counter.I know they were busy, but a lot of it seem like old buildup. Second issue was I watched the chef.Go to the back to grab fish and came back in his bare hands. He did this twice with different items He didn't wash his hands afterwards and started cooking eggs and other things. It was a lot of cross contamination ( fish allergy)going on. The cashier was scratching her head then handing the customers drinking cups without washing her hands and handling food. The wait for my food was 40 mins but the food was hot and fresh and they were very busy. So I didn't mind waiting. Over all just ok

I absolutely loved my experience at the Bartlett Breakfast Factory! The food was outstanding — I ordered the grits and catfish, and both were nothing short of phenomenal. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The service was friendly and efficient, even with how busy the restaurant was. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars for atmosphere is because the place was very crowded — which makes sense given it’s not a large restaurant and clearly in high demand. Honestly, that just shows how good it is! I can easily see this place expanding in the future.
Overall, I’m giving 5 stars because the food and service truly deserve it. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
