Out of ice, out of rice. This is second attempt to try this restaurant ,customer service same negative attitude as last visit, won't be back a third time do not recommend this place

The food was good. It came up hot and fresh. The only reason I gave a 4☆ is because they ran out of hashbrowns. Everything else was pretty good, I'll make a return visit to get the full meal someday soon.

10 out of 10 recommend.... Was in the area & looked up breakfast spots, this was the 1st one to come up; the reviews were great & food looked good, so we stopped. Did not disappoint! The customer service was awesome (& I'm VERY big on customer service-it makes or breaks you) one of the owners walked around to make sure everything was good and no one needed anything! The food was cooked when ordered but still came out fast and was very good. My meat omelet was bomb(added Spinach & onions). The pancakes were very nice and fluffy. All was cooked very well. They were out of coffee but didn't hesitate to make more & let us know when it was ready. The place is on the smaller side but seating wasn't an issue. The were busy but handled it very well and didn't seem like the wait was long for anyone. If in the area again would definitely stop in to try more options (because that fish looked so good)!
They are making delicious food in that kitchen. I just had the sausage biscuit but everything I saw looked and smelled great, plus I will probably just get the sausage biscuit again because it was delicious and perfect. It was very cozy inside and friendly service, so plenty of room to eat in or grab a biscuit from the hot rack like I did. Thanks BBF!

At the same time my partner and I said… this is like my grandmom’s cooking… I had the shrimp/Catfish and grits special and he had a pancake platter.., and it was damn good… definitely recommend and would visit again if I ever get to Memphis again….

Food is fantastic. Shrimp was cooked near perfection. The mixture of ingredients were perfect. Taste is absolutely great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and exceptionally welcoming. And for the final, if I had not seen it I wouldn't believe it. But the chef actually came around and checked on everybody at breakfast time. It was an exceptional experience. I would suggest anyone come if you really want a good Southern meal with friendliness. It's a great place. Good day!

Was in Barlett and asked about the best breakfast places in the area. Bartlett Breakfast Factory came highly recommended. I had the shrimp and grits and got the biscuit and gravey plate and pancake ? plate for my son. I felt overfed, lol! Everything was great! Glad I stopped by this morning.

Simple and clean little restaurant. The catfish and grits were amazing and made me so happy that I didn't waste my stomach capacity with a mediocre breakfast. The serving portion is larger than I expected but well worth it. I love eating at local restaurants and this one had the nicest lady welcoming me in. Service is great, and served with a smile. Will come back next time ?

When we walked in we were immediately greeted. Open seating and you come up to the register to order and pay then you wait on your food.
My food was amazing! Ordered the catfish, shrimp, grits, and side of eggs. The presentation of that meal was A1, just look at the photos.
Overall, the service was awesome and I would come by again.
