Really a nice ice cream parlor and I take my grandson there once a week on the weekend and he loves it. They have a great selection of flavors, I like the Jamoca and I get 1 scoop a week. Also I believe that some of the new staff could be more attentive other than that everyone is very polite
Whomever is the owner or manager here might want to take a look at their cameras and see how the workers are attending to the customers. How do you have 4 to 5 employees standing in the back area laughing while looking at the customer come in. I saw only one person actually working while the others were either on their phones and just standing and laughing with numerous customers in the lobby.PLEASE DO BETTER

I've been getting ice cream from Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid. This location, in particular, is a good place to go for good customer service. I wish they still had my ice cream that I had been getting for years and pretty much every time I went in there (I'm a creature of habit). It was the orange sherbet and the blue raspberry sherbet. They don't have it there anymore, sadly. ? Anyway, if you want good customer service and a nice cold treat for yourself and your family, this is a good place for both.
