The food is overly salty and over seasoned and the chicken is over cooked. Fish, shrimp, and chicken all taste the same; like salted garlic. It was clean and the staff were pleasant though, so there's that.

Ordered delivery and I don’t think the people can read. Green beans does not mean macaroni and cheese. And a fish and chicken plate should include chicken. No adult left behind either I guess. Sigh…
order #0078, ordered 20 piece shrimp dinner and paid for 20 pcs, got home and only had 15 pcs. Seems like more worried about drove thur. To far home to go back.?

Tried the chicken. Looks nothing like the picture. VERY small. There was water all over 1 section of the floor. I told, Jacqueline, the cashier when I arrived. She could have cared less. Said OK. The water was still there when we left. Floor was very slippery. Senior day was terrible! My friends arrived and I told them not to stay. You lost two customers that day and it will be a long while, if we come back.

So I was there on 7/22 at approximately 10:01am and the lady at the window, whose name I don't know, is a lady that I've delt with before. She doesn't like the fact that I ask for extra ketchup every time I come. She says whatever she wants to say about it, but ultimately hands it to me so the line will move. She is the only one that gives me a hard time about it, all the other ladies just do it and send me on my way. However, this time she decided to teach me a lesson, she made me wait. She did say it would be 5 minutes, because I was the 1st customer, but I sat there longer that. She would not give me the food that I already paid for until another car drove up behind me, then she had no choice. And she wasn't even man enough to bring it to the window as she gave it to another lady, who is always nice, to hand to me, which is a sign of guilt. Trying to retaliate over some extra ketchup is not only wrong, but its childish. We need to be older than that. She won't get her blessings. Female, black, light complexion, skinny, maybe 40ish. If someone asking for extra ketchup steals your happiness then you weren't happy to begin with. Thanks for listening.

Excellent meal. Everything fresh just like it should be!
Let me tell you something the ladies working at this location give great food and customer service. They always load me up with cocktail sauce and tarter sauce with my fresh and hot food! They don't know it but I truly love them!

Saturday, June 15. The service workers in this establishment are rude and unprofessional. They yell through the intercom at the customer when their speech is unclear. II stopped visiting this particular Captain D's for many months for bad service but I just wanted to give it another try because it is close to home. It was a mistake to visit it again.

Monday June 10 in Drive thru at around 2:30 pm Rude Drive Thru attendant. Quotes the wrong price because apparently she couldn’t not hear my order correctly. I had to repeat myself more than once. She quoted me the wrong price. Then, when I told her I did not order a beverage, she gets smart. Captain D’s if this is who you have working for you, then you will continue to lose business. My first time there trying to order the meal deal, but I will never return here. And it’s sad that complaining does no good because companies are desperate for decent employees.
