I asked the folks who work here if they had a value menu because I was short on cash, and they made me an entire meal anyway. These lady’s are the nicest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. An absolute wonderful resturante with great food and even better people.

The floor was so slippery with grease that my husband being disabled couldn’t even get up from the chair because his feet kept sliding out from underneath them. They definitely need to clean this place up. It’s nasty on the inside.

Up to now, I was a loyal Captain Ds customer. I guess Captain Ds didn't think we would notice that their fish portions are much smaller now. Never going back until they change it back. It is mo longer battered at all.

I am a frequent diner in customer at this location. Generally they have always been on point except for today. When I first walked in,the employees were in personal conversation and it took a minute for the cashier to come take my order. I ordered 2 piece spicy fish and fries for dine in. I know I waited 5 minutes before a customer comes in,place his order and get his before mine then come to find out they were given him my order. When I looked at my order,I told the other employee I did not order shrimp because I'm allergic to it. Instead of her fixing 2 fresh pieces of fish because the shrimp was on my fish,she just put the 2nd piece on top of the shrimp. I removed the shrimp and just prayed over my fish so I wouldn't have a reaction. Mind you I was the only customer in and no one was in the drive thru for these mistakes to happem

It's Captain D's, it's fried fish. I can write an extensive review about fried fish and how Captain D's somehow fries fish better than anyone on the planet but you wouldn't believe me. It's clean inside, you can sit down and enjoy your fried fish.
