We ate the food SO FAST we couldn't get any pictures lol! The food here is REALLY great! The pancakes and the salmon was FIRE! The soulful blues music really made my holiday when I visited before the Christmas holiday. Iit was a smaller space than I intended and it is self seating. Soo that means we had to wait until others finished eating to seat ourselves 😬. Besides that It's truly a hidden gem. I hope business picks up GREATLY so that they can expand share this good southern food with the many others.

Overhyped, food is made fresh but it's not that extreme burst of flavor as it was hyped to be, average
Atmosphere soulful southren ambience meets shrimp and grits, down home fill nice variety on the menu,grits consistency a little runny,fish crisp nicely seasoned,fries were not that good just lacked seasoning a Lil garlic powder would change the game!!! But over all nicely done I would definitely go back to try more.

The food was amazing but the speed of the service and order taking needs improvement. Placed my order at 1133; the Bartlett Breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, and toast did not get to our table until 1230. The order taker (red hair lady) appeared confused and was messing up/losing tickets.

🗣🗣LOCAL MUST TRY!!! *DO NOT* let its size fool you. The food exceeds its size in a HUGE way! The customer service is warm and welcoming like you have just pulled up to your own families place. I got the veggie Alfredo and side of catfish. The crunch on the fish exceptional- the alfredo had TWO big toes on it (YOU HEAR ME!!). Puhlease find yall way here to support this local black owned business. You will NOT regret it!!

Me and my wife have been able to eat multiple places, different cities, different types of venues. I’m very particular about my food and everything else in my life when I tell you, this is the best food my mouth ever had!! The food was so good. I caught myself sitting at the table with my forehead Wrinkled up and I thought to myself why I realize that I was so shocked, how good the food was. The steak Alfredo was what I get my wife got fish and grits. I tasted her fish when it came to the table,my mouth in instantly got watery but When I put my fork to bowl in that steak Alfredo Jesus came and got me and brought me back!! I don’t care what it is birthday holiday find your way! PS to the company I would love for you guys to do catering!!!

Food we had for lunch was sooo delicious! (Shrimp/grits and catfish/grits). Couldn't even eat it all, took it home and froze it for later. The people there cooking, taking the orders were all VERY accommodating and nice. Good music playing, reminds me of my times growing up in Memphis (born and raised). Coming back all the way from Jackson some morning for breakfast and bringing the family. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
