We ate the food SO FAST we couldn't get any pictures lol! The food here is REALLY great! The pancakes and the salmon was FIRE! The soulful blues music really made my holiday when I visited before the Christmas holiday. Iit was a smaller space than I intended and it is self seating. Soo that means we had to wait until others finished eating to seat ourselves 😬. Besides that It's truly a hidden gem. I hope business picks up GREATLY so that they can expand share this...
Atmosphere soulful southren ambience meets shrimp and grits, down home fill nice variety on the menu,grits consistency a little runny,fish crisp nicely seasoned,fries were not that good just lacked seasoning a Lil garlic powder would change the game!!! But over all nicely done I would definitely go back to try more.
The food was amazing but the speed of the service and order taking needs improvement. Placed my order at 1133; the Bartlett Breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, and toast did not get to our table until 1230. The order taker (red hair lady) appeared confused and was messing up/losing tickets.
