Absolutely unacceptable the behavior of the front staff, including the cashier who walked away when it was time for me to pay, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s no surprise the restaurant was almost empty. When an officer entered behind me, the employees began smirking and gossiping instead of doing their jobs. They deliberately slowed down preparing my order and still gave me the wrong one. I am US citizen and Latina and I could clearly sense bias in the way I was treated. Employees should be trained on how to act professionally in these situations. Rather than expecting drama or creating it, they need to remain respectful, focused, and provide the service customers deserve. Please do better.

This is the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. any chance you come here, there’s a 50/50 chance they’ll be out of a key ingredient, and there’s a wait. Sometimes the ingredient will be out for the day. The employees are really hit or miss. There’s also a 50/50 chance they’ll move with some urgency/care, and a chance they won’t. And ordering it beforehand is just asking to get a terrible bowl. There is a reason this chipotle has bad reviews.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my husband. The line was long but moving quickly. Those ladies hustled. They were out of a protein, but quickly handled it by bringing some from the back and swapping what he settled for what he wanted. Beautiful customer service. They even checked on usas we were eating. 5 🌟 to the staff at Chipotle. Will definitely be back. Thank you all!!

I normally don't leave a review but this is the WORST chiptole experience I've ever had. I ordered a bowl through delivery for my lunch break just to get the most pathetic bowl I've ever seen. I PAID for guacamole just to not receive it. I usually have a pleasant experience in store and delivery with this location, but this was pretty much DISRESPECTFUL.

Ordered two burrito bowls and both were missing multiple ingredients. Rice was undercooked. Paid for extra protein and got half protein. Paid for queso and didn't get any. This place absolutely sucks and whoever made my food should be fired.

If I can share a suggestion, offer salt and pepper shakers or packets for the dine in guests.

Quick service, easily accessible, patio or inside dining options as well as pick up at drive thru window for online orders.
Dirty work area and if you order DoorDash from there, just know that something is going to be messed up or left out. One order left off the guacamole, another order left off the queso that was supposed to come with the meal, and the last one gave me stale chips that were so stale that they were basically gummy. The only reason I go to the chipotle is because the other location a little bit further down is even worse if you can imagine that.
