Dirty work area and if you order DoorDash from there, just know that something is going to be messed up or left out. One order left off the guacamole, another order left off the queso that was supposed to come with the meal, and the last one gave me stale chips that were so stale that they were basically gummy. The only reason I go to the chipotle is because the other location a little bit further down is even worse if you can imagine that.

Go at your own risk ! DO NOT place an online order/doordash/uber eats etc. and expect to get a full bowl . Go in and watch them make your bowl to your liking and size cause if not .. you’ll get one scoop of rice ( half a bowl maybe less ) . Also majority of the time the rice is hard asf !

This is the best chipotle I've ever been to! It was 10:30pm on 9-06-24 ... the staff was AMAZING AND THE FOOD WAS EVEN BETTER the restaurant was clean! Thank you so much for being one of the ONLY Chipotle's to stay open past 10:15 even though the door says 11pm (they stayed open till 11pm like they should) I truly appreciate it! And they were so happy to serve me even though it was the end of their night! ?
They open at 10:30am, I went it at 11:30am which mean everything should be fresh. while am order there is an employee with a water puring it on everything on the line, everything is the pan was all crust over, I should've walk out right there and but if give it the benefit of a doubt. When I start eating the food was sour and the chips was stail.

Food is consistently wrong. No cheese. Guac is watery and brown. Rice is hard. Chips are undercooked and floppy. Such a waste of money.

Food had a very long black/brown hairs through the burrito! Somebody probably with extensions or weave. I had to throw the entire burrito out because it was multiple hairs wrapped in the burrito!! Flavor was good. Just not sanitary!

Met with a smile. Food in hand in 10 mins. Nice and clean. Only issue is they never have the Grilled vegetables (fajitas) at any location especially in the evening. I'm vegan, so I need them.
Vegetarian options: There should be oyster mushrooms or something to cater more to Vegans. Vegan should not be close to meat at all on the buffet. Prevents cross contamination. Encourage people to not to eat meat all the time.

The main reason for this review is due to an employee giving up on my burrito. I didn't have all that much in it. He botched the first fold, threw it down and had a mini tantrum. I don't know who it was. It was a young man who was working on assembly around 4:15 on August 27th. I can't recommend anyone go there if management doesn't hire better.
