Like what is REALLY going on with this restaurant? We went by there the other day in great timing only to get disappointed. The hours and days posted on the door and what's on google are very different. Has this restaurant closed? It would be very helpful if restaurant owners would update their page, Google, or put a note on the door of the restaurant to inform customers of what's going on to prevent people from driving there only to have wasted their time and gas. If a business is run in this manner I can only wonder what the food and service is like. Please do better!!!! And have enough courtesy for potential customers.

UNPROFESSIONAL! One thing I don’t get is when businesses put their hours on Google and even post the hours but don’t honor their own hours. What I found confusing was on Google the hours for Tuesday are from 3pm -8pm but upon arriving nobody was in there. On their door the hours differ from the hours on google. This is a waste of people’s time, to not be open when you’re supposed to is not acceptable. As a potential first time customer I will not bother to even come back and try it again because they may still be closed during business hours..😒

I placed an order at 9:30, since their closing time says 10 pm on Saturday. I paid for my order, arrived and it was closed. Now I have to contact my bank to get a refund because there is nobody to contact to cancel the order.
First time ever trying to order here. Not a good start.

I want to give a 4.5 but the wings are so fire. Crispy. Big but perfectly cooked. Sauced amazingly. Only complaint is they really skimp on the ranch and the vegetables. Other than that, it’s a great spot and I will get my wings from here from now on.

The food was great. Customer service is the reason I won't return. Light skin older woman is rude. I ordered and paid online with a tip included. When placing that order, I thought I was substituting my fries for okra. When I picked up the order, the lady rudely told me I selected okra but didn't pay for it, so I got fries. Ummm, excuse me? I paid for what online charged me for. So, if I didn't get charged, you all need to fix your online ordering system so customers can actually receive what they ordered. They could have called explaining the issue with the online ordering not charging and gave me the option of paying the difference in store or getting the fries.

I ordered the honey gold wings, large seasoned fry and some tenders. The tenders were huge. The only downside is they’re not breaded and they were slightly overcooked. However, the honey gold wings were the best I’ve ever had. That sauce is great. The rolls that came with it were awesome too. The fries looked a little dull but to my surprise, the flavor was still there. It’s some good seasoning. I waited quite a while for this food. Mind you, I should’ve called ahead for my order so that’s probably more on me. I’ll be back for more honey gold wings.
This is the best wings around my neighborhood! Highly recommend.

Just ate there today the catfish and wingsPlease support this place because they are better than any place in the Bartlett area for good food I know because I cook professionally and so do this place if you are looking for the real deal try it

I was very disappointed in my experience today. I ordered two orders of wings online. Received a notification that my order was received. After about 15 minutes I drove to the store to be there when the wings were ready. About a minute from the store and I receive another notification that my order was ready. Awesome! I pull up and told the gentleman I was picking up an order. A woman then comes out from the kitchen and went to a machine and pulled some receipts off of it. She then tells me she did not hear my order come in and that it would take another 15 minutes to make. I was a bit upset but I took a seat to wait. I wait 30 more minutes when my order was brought out. I didn’t receive any kind of apology or compensation for their mistake. I still don’t understand why I received a message that my order was ready when it clearly was not. That’s not a good practice for their system to send out false updates like that. This is not how they should be conducting business. At least the wings were good I guess.
