I was very disappointed in my experience today. I ordered two orders of wings online. Received a notification that my order was received. After about 15 minutes I drove to the store to be there when the wings were ready. About a minute from the store and I receive another notification that my order was ready. Awesome! I pull up and told the gentleman I was picking up an order. A woman then comes out from the kitchen and went to a machine and pulled some receipts off of it. She then tells me she did not hear my order come in and that it would take another 15 minutes to make. I was a bit upset but I took a seat to wait. I wait 30 more minutes when my order was brought out. I didn’t receive any kind of apology or compensation for their mistake. I still don’t understand why I received a message that my order was ready when it clearly was not. That’s not a good practice for their system to send out false updates like that. This is not how they should be conducting business. At least the wings were good I guess.

Placed a call in but still had to wait over an hour once I arrived. The young lady at the register was nice and friendly but while in the back, I heard a young man who was maybe 12 say “its a white man up front” which was very inappropriate when describing a potential customer. The wings were big and needed longer cook time. The skin on the wings was tough and not all the way done. I won’t be returning. Not to mention overpriced! $6 for “family fry” that’s served In a hot dog container is crazy! Catfish was nice size but very salty. Wasted money unfortunately

walked in, looked around and dropped something in the trash can and two guys walked outside and told me that the next time I put something in the garbage can I would be taking the trash out. I was actually coming back outside to get my family to bring them in but that turned me away I decided not to spend any money there, and went next door to ZI JING CHINESE where they have some great food
