I ordered a sandwich and cinnamon bites. When my food was delivered I was given the garlic parm bites. I called the order to note the mistake expecting just a refund but they were kind enough to drive back and deliver the cinnamon bites. I want to say something special for my delivery driver Gary. He was such a nice man who cared about fixing the mistake. Thank you for helping me and I cannot complain even though the mistake was made.

Thank you Gay and you deserve recognition.

HAIR ALL IN MY PIZZA
Compliments of the gentleman with his hair flowing all over the dough instead of the inside of a hair net (which no employees had on, by the way).

The manager offered me a remake…that’s it. I opted out because with no changes made, I would’ve gotten a newer, just as hairy pizza.

Absolutely The Best Domino’s Experience I’ve Ever Had! I Placed A Carryout Order And Everything Was Ready Right On Time. The Pizza 🍕Was Piping Hot, Incredibly Fresh, And Bursting With Flavor—The Crust Was Perfectly Baked, The Toppings Were Generous, And The Cheese 🧀 Was Deliciously Gooey. You Could Tell The Team Took Pride In Their Work. The Staff Was Friendly And Efficient, And The Store Was Clean And Welcoming. It Made For The Perfect Family Night Dinner—Everyone Was Happy, Full, And Already Asking When We Can Order Again! This My Usual Location And They Always Go Above And Beyond! Everytime we order from this store they get our order wrong. We spent $75 + tip and fees close to $100 ) Saturday night. We keep giving them chances but Saturday was the last chance. I try to call no one ever answers.

A screwed up my order and they would not replace it>>>I send a review on Google I can't My receipt you can look up by phone number the receipt was bought on the 7/17 drop off the pizza for my disable wife and daughter... they call me and said the pizza was mess up I was running late foe my job try calling from my Truck No answer I drive a 18 wheeler for Amazon to far west Arkansas and Oklahoma border try call on the 17th put me hold after 8 to 10 minute i hung i had work to call on the sun 20th 5am woke up at 2pm talk to a guy name Addison told about the pizza and I never could get anyone on the Phone he told me since to so long to back with and ate the pizza. he said I am just out of Luck said goodbye hung the phone The Pizza wasn't eaten. my wife say it look nasty it stay in the ice Box and I threw it away. after he said he couldn't do anything about. 10 dollar is money to most people. it's not about that.. it's about the Quality and the Principal of it all...I can tell more if you want to give my a Call!

Don’t get delivery or use the app unless you want to be ripped off! Pizzas are ok, go to the store because delivery is a rip off with incorrect order. Customer service is just bots and staff at store overworked so you will waste so much time trying to get them to fix their mistakes.

This is supposed to be a medium pizza with chicken and bacon. This thing looks so bad, I'm not even willing to eat it. The employee who made it was by herself and completely inudated with orders, so I can't totally blame her. I'm gonna blame the managers that don't ensure proper coverage for their store.

They messed my order up and remade it multiple times because manager on duty wouldn’t take his headphones off and listen to what they messed up. He just made same thing twice. Then lady said im going to have to cuss him out. Please do. I wish you would. What is general manager or corporate contact

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, i received a supreme pizza. If you have kids, you understand why that's an issue. On top of that I called to get it corrected but no one at store answered the phone. So I had to drive up there to get it fixed. So what did I pay a delivery fee for and tip just to have to drive to store anyway.

I order a large pizza half mushroom but mushroom on the hold pizza the I order chessey marinara dip and got chicken alfredo then went up there to get the marinara cheesy dip and I handed out my order to somebody else and then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order and Plus my food was cold when I got it

This is by far the best dominoes in the city, I’ve only had a few issues with them and when I have had them, the employee I had the issues with is usually never seen again and I’m taken care of. My only complaint as of this moment is that I pay for extra cheese everytime but I rarely ever see it. No biggie really I just stopped paying and it stayed the same. ;) overall good experience!
