Thank you to Brandon and Jimmy! You got a customer or customers for life!Let’s start from the beginning and tell the story this way. I was introduced to ECWAG by a close friend and I ordered wings to go for a while and every now and then I would dine in. The service was a roll of the dice and take out was a little bit of a gamble too. The last time ( a month ago if not a longer) I ordered take out and I brought home wings and they looked not so full, the sauces were not so much that covered the whole wing. I was disappointed so I called the restaurant and had the pleasure of speaking with Jimmy and told him the whole story from the tiny wings to lack of blue cheese and mixed up Ranch situation. He assured me that it would be taken care of even if he was not there. Today I called in take out with Brandon and I told him the situation and how Jimmy was going to rectify it even if he wasn’t in and Brandon took care of me right down to the proper order of what I wanted. He was the best! Thank you Brandon and Jimmy! You and your restaurant have a customer for life!

Absolutely horrible! I asked for honey hot wings and I literally got wings with honey sauce. No seasoning and it was not good. The COLD tots were overcooked and had too much seasoning. The waitress sucked. She act like she didn't want to serve us or even be at work. She didn't refill our drinks. We flagged her down for a check and she brought us the wrong one. I won't be back to this place at all.

I’ve dined in, ordered to go, and placed delivery orders at this location, and the dine-in and-to-go order food is great no problems however delivery wings are always huge miscut wings and the sauces don’t quite taste the same

I am a regular there, best Buffalo tenders I have ever had.

Waitress was great. Ordered the bone in wings. The wings were so small they didn't even look like they came from chickens unless they were chicks or pullets, which shouldn't be used for "wings". Waitress removed charge as we sent them back. Major disappointment.

Wings were appropriately sized. I like hot and ordered the next to hottest wings. I was aggressively sweating while eating them but that's what I wanted. Very good. Also good prices on draft beers imo. Our server was great but he was one of 2 or maybe 3 people serving the entire place (besides the bartender). He did his best when management failed him with staffing. I will definitely will go back but the servers need more staffing.

I ordered the classic cheeseburger lunch special that states it has "Two seasoned quarter-pound Angus beef patties, topped with crisp lettuce, tomato, zesty pickles and mayo on a lightly toasted bun with your choice of cheese." I removed the onions and tomatoes, there is no mayo, and the patties are less than half of what was advertised. I will never order from here again.
