Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The food was hot, fresh, and it got to me relatively quickly. However, the person working the window wasn't the friendliest. He read off a total, which I didn't fully hear, and after I handed him my card, I realized he was handing me the wrong order before I grabbed it. No big deal, he hadn't run my card yet. I let him know it wasn't the right thing, and his response, sarcastically, was "So you were just going to let me charge you $12 for a $5 order..." and just stared at me instead of just letting it be an oops and back to business. I acknowledged it was partially my fault and apologized, but he took no accountability for the fact that he wasn't paying attention. Again, it wasn't a big deal. I just wasn't a fan of being spoken to like that.

Disrespect's veterans. I went there to use my free veterans meal card they gave for veterans day and the cashier scanned it and said it's been used. I told him I've never used it. He said ok but it's showing it's been used. I again said I've never used it. He then rudely asked if I wanted the meal. I asked will it be free and he said no. So I replied no and drove off.

Here's the thing, customer service goes a long way. They could've asked for my military ID and then comped the meal, even if they thought I've used it already, you know to show some appreciation for my service. But no, they treated me like I was a liar trying to get a free meal.smdh Needless to say, I will never go back.

When's there today on Veterans Day and got a meal the food was wonderful the tater tots were cooked just perfect. The staff is always so friendly.

I ordered a milkshake and it wasn’t mixed correctly. I asked for a drink instead, but the young lady said she would remake it for me. I’m trying to tell you she knows a lil sum sum. Fire 🤝 and give her a promotion or something.

It has come to my attention that a concerning practice is taking place at your Freddy's location in Bartlett, TN. Recently, one of your staff members that is pictured makes delivery drivers from DoorDash, UberEats, or Grubhub fill drinks for deliveries. This is highly concerning, as it is a violation of health codes. Courier workers are not supposed to handle food or beverages, and many of your staff are likely aware of this.

This practice not only raises health and safety concerns but is also outside the responsibilities of delivery drivers, who are not trained or certified for food handling. I trust you will address this issue promptly and ensure that proper protocols are followed moving forward. If this situation is not resolved, the health department will be informed immediately!!

I work with The Salvation Army A.R.C. We stopped in tonight 9/9 after winning our first softball game of the fall season! There was about 20 of us celebrating! They effortlessly took our orders, and got the food and custard treats right out! The service was impeccable!!! What an amazing team yall have!!!
