Contacted them very close to my wedding date with a custom cupcake tier order that was an enchanted forest theme. Not only did Jaybear deliver beyond my dreams, the entire experience was top notch from beginning to end. The customer service was punctual, warm, friendly, professional and the taste test date was adorable and scrumptious. The day of delivery was right on schedule. The design for the cupcakes the team came upon with was brilliant and exactly what I was dreaming of....
Jay Bear created a Caribbean themed Strawberry birthday cake for my 32nd birthday and it was amazingly beautiful and delicious. The cake was a total hit at my party as partygoers thought the cake was simply apart of the decor.
They are AMAZING! I had to order a last minute, literary the next day custom cake (DON'T DO THAT, IT WAS QUITE RUDE) and they did it and everyone thought it was beautiful and tasted amazing. I was out of the country and had to communicate by email and they delivered on what I wanted. Will definitely use them in the future. ( and order at least 2 weeks in advance of course)
