My new go-to place for a sandwich. Nice place and staff are OK. My only issue is that they break 2 pieces of bacon in half and put on your foot long. The lettuce is a little wilted.

We bought sandwiches and got home and my turkey sandwich only had one slice of turkey on each half! You could COUNT the shreds of lettuce on one hand. We bypassed the closer Jersey Mike’s because this one has always been the best in the city but now it’s just another incompetent poorly managed restaurant in the Memphis area. Yes, this is MANAGEMENT problem. A reflection of who they hire and how they DONT train. $9 for this? I tried calling the restaurant ELEVEN times and they didn’t answer!! Google says they aren’t busy so why don’t his poorly trained staff pick up the phone. Then I called the other location in Bartlett and they answered the phone immediately. They said the other location never answers their phone. Clearly it’s a fact. Don’t waste your time with the Bartlett location on the 7700 block. Keep driving on down to the other location in Bartlett where their manager is on site and their staff knows how to make a sandwich with the proper amount of meat. GM where are you? What’s happened to YOUR restaurant?

Today, I purchased an order online and I ordered an Italian sub, brownie, and chips. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a cookie in the bag instead of the brownie. When I came back to the store to exchange it, one of the employees stated that when an item is unavailable, they substitute it for something else. Going forward, Jersey Mikes should not make substitutions for customers without their permission. A customer could have an allergy to a particular food or they just may not want the item in general. Instead of assuming, it would be in better practice to call the customer and see what they would like for the unavailable item or there should be an option on the app for those items to be marked unavailable. This way the customer can choose what THEY would like when THEY are PAYING for their food. Keep that in mind going forward and have a wonderful day!

I ate at the Bartlett, TN location today for the first time and let me say.....They Rock!!!!! Was greeted immediately when I walked in and the whole team working was Fantastic!!! I ordered 2 sandwiches...Deluxe Club to eat in and the Giant Turkey to go.....Both were Excellent and I definitely will return to this location!!!! Great Job Bartlett Jersey Mike's🙌🙌🙌

Nice, clean,smell inviting place. This was our first time, and we stood there for a good minute. I finally decided to walk up to the counter, and finally, someone spoke to us. I told the guy this was our first time, and usually, people are excited to have you patronize. Not him, lol!! He just said "ok what can I get for you?". I dam near walked out but hubby wanted to try a salad he seen on a commercial ( we definitely was at the wrong place 🤣),but anyways, I probably wouldn't ever go back to that location just because of the service and i know nothing will be done about it because thats how it is in Memphis but im still writing my review. Haven't tried the sandwhiches yet but they smell soooo good

Good location and have ordered a lot here. Ordered online and picked up my order. They used way too much salt on the cheesesteak. All I tasted was salt. I would have went back but was going back home to MS. $19 sub too.
I used to be a regular customer of the store, because I love JM sandwiches, especially the BLT. But the last couple of times were really bad. When I arrived at the store to fill my online order my sandwich wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for 15 minutes. The employees were unfriendly. Last but not least: the sandwich was soaked in vinegar. Inedible! If you want to enjoy great service and a good sandwich for much better price than at Jersey Mike, go to Firehouse sub, 1 minute down the road, close to Appling.
