Once I went in never to eat there after I saw how they prepare your food. The place is disgusting family owned but the need to clean up and prepare fresh food to customers or close the restaurant.

OMG!!!!! This is the only place to get pizza, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Pizza are always hot and delicious. My family has used this location for our last 4 weekly pizza nights and we will continue. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I have gone three times in the last month to the bartlett location. The first two times everything was tremendous! So delicious.This last time was not ready when it was suppose to be which was fine. I just wanted it fresh and correct.They said come back 5 minutes still not ready. So they said 3 minutes and it was ready but it did not have extra cheese and light sauce as I ordered. I drove a long way and spend 40 bucks plus a five dollar tip.What really bugs me about that was I stated what I ordered to them when they said it would be 3 more mi uses but yet they did not care to get it right. I definitely itely paid for extra cheese and asked for light sauce and tipped ahead of time but nope. Just wonder how these places think it's OK to rip people off like that. So annoying. I may come back if fam is ever in st Francis again but I sure hope notDefinitely will avoid this location otherwise.

Two burnt cheese pizzas! We were very disappointed as this location has always been good. Employee stated that it looked fine. When I called back to the store, the manager asked if we wanted to drive back to the store to get new pizza.

From a loyal customer perspective, please put a sticker on your doordash and Uber eats orders. We do not know if we can trust deliver people without the seal stickers on the delivery order. I really like this location and I would hate to stop eating there because there is no safety seal on my order
