Ordered online for my lunch break, co-worker ordered too. Got there at the scheduled time and there was a sign on the register that said short staffed, please be patient. Had to wait about 10 minutes. There was one employee, taking orders, handing out orders and making pizza. He was doing an awesome job, and when I made it back to work everything was correct. GREAT JOB!

Ate some delivery pizza. The delivery was on-time, but I felt the pizza itself was too expensive compared to competitors like domino's and not that tasty. I have had better for cheaper.

I was a loyal customer since this location opened in my neighborhood. Unfortunately some purple haired cashier cursed at me when I questioned being totally overcharged for the same pizza i ordered all the time. I refused to pay $30 for a pizza that was supposed to be $21 and some change. I did not curse at this person at all, simply questioned why the SAME pizza I always get is so expensive. THIS LOCATION CAN GO TO HELL. Period. I have driven to the Germantown Parkway for over a year now since this incident. No, it is not convenient but I refuse to ever give this location another dime. I also reported it to their corporate website the night that it happened, but there was never any follow-up about the incident. I still love Jets pizza but not this location. Yea, I'm still pissed off that I have to drive out of my way for some stupid $&!!&. If I would have cursed her ass right back out then they would blame me. I just tried to do the right thing and report it. Now, I'm reporting it here too. AVOID their sh*tty service!
We had a med salad and large pepperoni pizza. They were both amazing! We got the hand tossed crust this visit. It was really great! They put way too much cheese in the salad but I took it out. Their ranch is delicious! Always delicious pizza!!!!

Since they've hired a new manager, they've improved so much. Seriously improved food and service. If he's not there, I get nervous. This young man has made a huge impact on this location. If he's not the manager, he should be.
