This Kfc is very unprofessional and ghetto, the employees do not know how to talk to customers and also they ask you to pull forward just so you can wait 30 minutes outside. This is not how fast food is supposed to be ran at all i do not recommend going to this KFC AT ALL!

Wasted our time. We popped in around 5:30 on a Saturday. No cars in drive thru and only 2 customers inside so not at all busy... Waited 10 minutes to place order and no one even acknowledged we were there. Wasted our time.we left

Did not even get to order. The gentleman running the window was playing on the intercom. Then when I told him I could not hear him he laughed. I pulled up to the window and him and his other coworker were packing up their stuff and clocked out. Mind you this was at 8:30pm. The store closes at 10pm. They walked out the door with their headset on and was looking at us and the customers behind us and laughing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I guess this is why everyone was driving over to popeyes instead. Do better.

Very slow,placed order online just to wait in the 20 min drive thru line. Then i went in to wait more. All i ordered was 6 tenders and 2 small mashed potatoes. When i asked for a refund, someone found my order. I still got my money back. I would not have eaten food anyway. I didn't know how long it had been sitting there.I watched them give 3 orders to people that were behind me. There is no customer appreciation at most kfc's,exceptially this one. I feel like a burden. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! If i do go to kfc, it will be in Millington . Employees were happy, even though customers were not taken care of. Its also very dirty in this restaurant. kfc Needs to take it down and put up a new one with all new employees.

I stop eating KFC a while ago but I had A craving and stopped at this location. The lady in the drive-through I believe her name is Miss Denise. She was very courteous great customer service and food was so fresh. I was so surprised you don’t get that all the time in fast food restaurants thank you Miss Denise for your courtesy, your energy and the fresh food.

WARNING! be aware that kfc now has the biggest scam on their menu. They have a 4.99 special on a leg, thigh, and side. If you add a drink, they will charge you 5 dollars and your price will go from 4.99 to 11 bucks. It's the biggest scam in fast food
Just started a job roughly 3 months ago that's about 5 miles away so I usually go to the drive-thru once a week or atleast once every other week for lunch. The lady at the drive-thru window is great! She's always in a good mood, always super helpful, and always as nice and polite a person can possibly be. She deserves a raise! Plus, the food is always good as well. This location is by far the best KFC I've ever been to, and probably best fast food experience in general. Good jobs everyone!

The colonel made a great product. Still does, but I would NOT recommend this location. Love the food, but somethings still wrong with their IT as well as normal service. I ordered online and headed out to pick the food up on our way to a local outside Symphony. They said they didn't have the order! I didn't think of looking at my mail on the phone for the confirmation (I still have it). But not sure it mattered, as they assured me they couldn't find it. So rushed for time I bought the same items and left.. Since there was a 40% on-line ordering discount, I lost that! Staff was sympathetic, but how far does that get you in the face of such problems? Sent their own survey in and still haven't been contacted. I guess at this point I shouldn't expect to be. WILL NOT BE BACK - I love the chicken but not the mess of a company this has become
