I never had a complaint until yesterday I dnt know if there's a new cook but I spent $38 on kfc chicken sandwich combo and the tender meal extra side of Mac cheese when I tell you everything thing was nasty chicken sandwich and tender tasted like old grease the Mac was water down and cold. When tried to get refund manager offer exchange only hell No I don't want anything since I received food like that what a waste of money and time I lost but never again with this location

Drive thru menu clearly shows 2 items choice for $20.99. When requested worker said straps on the display was $27 instead. Extremely misleading.
Poor customer service. No sweet tea and the soda fountain needed attention.

I pulled up to this KFC tonight, craving something off the full menu, only to be told — quite adamantly — that the only thing I could order was chicken. Not sides, not desserts, not even a biscuit. Just chicken.
I can't for the life of me believe that there was absolutely no other food available. That leads me to believe one of two things: either the staff had already thrown away the rest of the food 30 minutes before closing, or they simply refused to cook anything else. Either way, it's unacceptable.
I truly wonder if the management knows they have employees actively turning away money — not just mine, but who knows how many other customers are being told the same thing. And if people keep showing up just to be told they can't order from the menu, how long before they stop coming altogether?
Eventually, when the hours start getting cut due to low traffic, I hope the staff remembers nights like this. Turning people away with a full kitchen still technically open is not good business. It’s a fast-food restaurant — not a “chicken-only for the last half hour” stand.
Do better, KFC.

in Bartlett store is the good services! even i didnt wait so long the crew gave me a drink ! and checked my food that i get correctly.. that never see any kfc.. the register lady was very nice helped me get cheaper orders even busy , she was patient to showed me. i think she should be good mgr in future.

Went through the drive thru on a Friday evening around 5:30. Started the process of ordering a 12 pc family meal. Was immediately advised that it would be a 20 minute wait. Which I agreed was ok. Not much choice. I paid and was asked to wait beyond the window. After about 30 min, an employee asked me what I ordered. I gave him my receipt. I waited another 10 min. He finally came and brought the food. I won’t b coming back to this location.
