Went in at 8:45. No one behind the counter but an employee was sitting at a table in his phone. After two minutes, waiting at the counter, I turned to the employee that was sitting down and act with somebody in the back he got up, walked to the back open the manager’s door and told me they were unable to sell anything they were closed. I told him to just give me a doughnut since he can’t sell me one. He laughed and said he couldn’t do that. This Krispy Kreme, it’s employees and the apathetic youth SUCK

This location is not maintaining the Krispy Kreme brand standards. The franchise owner who decided to mass-produce at the Elvis Presley Blvd. location has destroyed the Krispy Kreme brand in Shelby County.. Donuts should always be sold at the location that they are made, not transported.

I ordered a dozen assorted and a dozen donut holes. Both were stale. I would not have paid $30 for stale donuts, they should let people know they aren't fresh, or discount old donuts. This was 10am on a sunday morning.

10/22/25:: I drove out of my way @ 8am to pick up a PROMOTIONAL deal and was told they were out of DOTS. Again the deal began yesterday and ends today. I called after work to learn if they had any but was told they sold out by Noon. I explained my journey this morning but no apology followed. Just that the delivery truck delivered @ 9 and they went fast. No raincheck, end of story. Again, no apology or concern.
Earlier Occassion;; SALE on Donuts today so it took 1Hr to get through the line. YES, I waited!! It was a very pleasant wait tho. 2 officers that waited 1hr 1/2 for their order decided to walk outside passing out donuts to those of us in the drive thru line. It was Great 😊 Also the employees were kind and very pleasant. Thx Christine for ur service.

I warn customers DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They sell STALE, OLD donuts that are dry. The quality of the donuts and the size of the donuts are much smaller compared to what it was just last year. This location had no customers when I arrived that should have been a red flag not to go to this location. I ordered the Halloween donuts they looked sloppy, were small in size and stale. The taste was off, didn’t taste good and little filling inside the donuts. Normally donuts are not this dry until the 3rd or 4th day. So I don’t know how old those donuts were that they sold to me. So I advise anyone don’t come here.

Last time I visited this location they told me they didn't have any donuts. That was a year or so ago. This morning I decided to give them a try.. at around 7:30am. Guess what? They didn't have any donuts today either. Oh well, not missing out on much since this location stopped making fresh donuts a while back so everything is shipped in and is not fresh.
