Last time I visited this location they told me they didn't have any donuts. That was a year or so ago. This morning I decided to give them a try.. at around 7:30am. Guess what? They didn't have any donuts today either. Oh well, not missing out on much since this location stopped making fresh donuts a while back so everything is shipped in and is not fresh.

Showed up at 6:15 March 16th to pick up a order placed online and even though store hours say from 6am to 10pm the store was completely dark and not a single person in sight. Needless to say I wasn't able to pick up my online order.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I received an email saying my order was ready, but when I arrived at the location to pick up my food, the business was shut down, dark, and empty with no workers present. The store hours on their website say they close at 10:00 PM, yet they closed at 9:00 PM, even though I was allowed to place an order at 9:00 PM, knowing full well no one would be there to fulfill it. I have not received my food, and I have not been refunded. This is completely wrong and feels like fraud. I would like my hard-earned money returned immediately. It is unacceptable that I was made to waste gas and time without receiving any merchandise. I would also like to speak to a corporate representative, as I cannot dispute the charge for a few days. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. This location is disgusting on the inside. Very filthy. The employees don't unlock the doors for customers. The light is Never on!! Plus they make their own hours which is against company policy. Why is this location still open?

When I order here I tend to get a lot of mistakes, when I ask to get less chocolate doughnuts they gave me more and total less doughnuts than the original amount.

My wife was having Krispy Kreme pregnancy cravings, so I'm out in 28 degree weather. I get there at 6:15 a.m.(website and door says 6:00 a.m.). I pull up to the ordering speaker and don't hear a welcome or anything for at least a minute. I say hello at least 30-40 times with no acknowledgement. The KK lights are on (entrance sign, not fresh donut blinking one) and there is a raggedy blue mustang in the parking lot, so I know someone is in there. I double around once more and go through same routine with nothing, so I pull off. Ask Google to point me to nearest donut shop near me so I head to Bartlett Donut. As my first time visiting them, I must say...they didn't disappoint! The wife was happy, so I was pleased...they even threw in some extra donut holes. Don't waste your time going to KK in Bartlett...head on down the street to Bartlett Donut.

I have visited this location 4 times in 2 months before reviewing. The first time, I received frozen dozens via drive through. The 2nd time, was Meh. I went into the store but customer service was lacking & inpatient. 3rd time, I had to repeat my order multiple times just for a 3 count. I ended up leaving. Now yesterday, I attempted to go in the store at 11am. on a Wednesday. The doors are locked. If you're not going to work, just close the store. The employees were sitting in the dining area with the drive through headset, looking at customers trying to get in. They didn't even try to give an explanation or have a sign on the door. They stared & kept talking to one another. I will never go back. Needs new management ASAP.
