I placed an order online for pick up for the eclipse donuts and a coffee. I paid. We get there and they tell us they had to cancel our order because they were out. Why didn't they call or email me?? Something so we didn't drive out of our way for specialty donuts. They had my phone number and email. There's no excuse.

They didn't have but glazed and chocolate doughnuts I got three and they were so cold and were like something left from the morning this was at 9pm they charge almost 7 dollars for 3 stale donuts might as well buy them in kroger or circle k

Horrible customer service. Ignorant and rude employees. I asked why would they accept my online order if they were out of the specific thing I ordered? She didn't like that question. Answered well I can just cancel it den. Duhhhh!!!!

I have tried them recently twice and each time my donuts were stale, hard, or cold. They don’t have much to choose from if you ask for anything other than original. Once I paid extra for the assorted donuts when I arrived for pickup they didn’t have any assorted flavored original donuts. Very disappointed in this location now.

THEY DO NOT SERVE HOT DONUTS, EVER!When you go to Krispy Kreme the main appeal is to get those nice hot donuts as they roll of the line.According to the staff, this location has shut down their line permanently and instead have their donuts shipped in from elsewhere.No reason to go there vs. just picking up at a gas station or a grocery store.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I moved to the area from Illinois in June. Krispy Kreme has always been my favorite donuts. This is my second visit to this store and both times were trash. Being 8 months pregnant, all I wanted was some Krispy Kreme donuts. Both times the donuts were cold and hard like they had been sitting since the day before. It's a shame. This store needs shut down. $18 for a dozen donuts that were not fresh I could have went to the grocery store for bagged donuts that taste better. Super disappointed ?
