I ordered a Philly Cheese steak on Uber eats. I just ordered it with meat and cheese on it. It had onions all in it, so I picked them out. In the process of picking them out I found two black short hairs. Needless to say, I threw the entire sandwich away. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am pregnant and in preterm labor so I am in bed rest and don’t have the ability to go get anything else.

Tonight I went in and wanted to use my points. I had enough for a free sandwich. I usually use the app but this time I went in to order. There was a young man there that was near me talking to some other Lenny employees. However, he saw I needed help with the kiosk because I was not seeing all the options for the sandwiches. He came over and helped me. He then helped me be able to redeem my points. I had mistakenly clicked on the free cookie and it should have been sandwich. He went to the computer and corrected it. It took a few tries but he was determined to get it to work. I really appreciate good customer service and work ethic. I am not sure if we was a manager or not but he seemed to be a leader there. As for my Philly Cheesesteak, delicious and satisfying. This Lenny’s location is one I’d visit again.

Went for $2.99 sub day.....ordered at 1:30 for pickup at 3:30. Got there at 3:40 and my order was nowhere to be found. A worker informed me that they would call me when my order was ready. (What is the point of ordering online and scheduling a pickup if they aren't going to cook your sandwich until you get there). I got my order finally at about 4:15. Order was wrong.....went back in and told them I wanted NO ONIONS on my philly. They gave me another ticket and had me wait another 15 minutes. Finally got my order and took it home and they got it wrong again. Peppers, onions all over my sub. Now I have to make my own dinner and I have a sub that is going in the trash. I will take this rating down if Lennys reaches out to me and makes this right.Otherwise FIREHOUSE will be my new go to for subs. Wasted over an hour of my time for nothing.....thanks Lennys
