I got a public service announcement!!! I went to get a hot and ready on 7/28/25 at 1:02pm. I witnessed awesome customer service. Then the young man took my order, he look at my hot and ready answer that pizza to the side and got me another one ONE HIS OWN .. I was shocked!! Told him I really appreciate the awesome job.. this was my first time ever seeing him. Hope he stay.. pay that man lol!

Terrible, they got part of my order wrong and the pizza that was right it was greasy and nasty. And there was no way to get a refund.

Ive been here an hour waiting on an order placed in advanced. Constantly being told sorry my 3 pizzas are too complex for them. But walk Ins come and go... they had no problem marking it complete after 30 min of waiting then just forgot about it. Probably served over a dozen walk ins while I waited 50 minutes.
The lady up front nice as can be I felt bad going off on her.. but that's what they do they mark my order complete make all these walk in orders and ignore mine for an hour nearly!!! Meanwhile they hide in the back and make a 17 year old deal with the stress! Pathetic 50 min waiting and not even a freebie as a sorry

Whole place smells like dope. Majority of the ceiling tiles are stained and look like they have active roofs leaks throught the kitchen. Somehow, pizza and wings both were undercooked. They were very busy and only 1 person working the counter while 2 others stood in corner and playing on their phones. Someone who I'm assuming is the manager walked out front, looked around, and theb disappeared. Took 25 minutes for a hot n ready just to get home and have not quite cooked pizza. Had to pop in in the oven at the house for an additional 5 minutes.

The pizza is hit or miss depending on the staff. The service is typically fast and decent. Pizzas are inconsistent though.

We placed a large order yesterday for our men at the Salvation Army! 36 pizzas and 12 2liters. The staff was so nice and friendly and helped take it out to our vehicle. Outstanding customer service, keep up the great work.

I waited 45 minutes for my food without knowing it was sitting right next to the cashier the while time. I came in and told them my order and name, but my food apparently wasn't ready. My app wasnt updating so I went on the good word of the employees. I asked another two times for an update and at the 40 minute mark when I asked again she went behind the empty warming ovens and picked up a box of pizza I had seen put down there thirty minutes prior. I asked for a refund and the manager obliged, but he was full of excuses about his staff.

They took 40 minutes to give me my order. The people working said they forgot to process my order. The food was also terrible and rushed. Do not recommend.

Ordered using the app. Arrived at the store when the app said they were boxing it up. 5 minutes later- my order was still not in the TO GO case and the app status hadn't changed. Cut to the front of the line showing my phone order - i know the cashier saw me but didn't acknowledge me as she left the register and went back to the kitchen.
On her return I showed her my phone again in a way she couldn't miss me and she had no choice but to acknowledge me and ask my name. I gave it to her. She gave me my order and couldn't provide me a coherent reason why my order wasn't in the case. What's the bleepity bleeping blopping reason for a code operated pickup case if YOU DONT USE THE DARN THING! AND THIS IS AT LEAST THE 3RD TIME ITS HAPPENED IN A ROW I'VE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE! Can you tell I'm aggravated? The pizza is a good value- fair for the price- which is why I occasionally come back and order from here- in hopes of a better experience- but each and every time I feel like Charlie Brown with Lucy and the football when I walk through the door to pick up my online order through the app. I think I'm generous with 2 stars. 1 star means I won't be back. 2- yes- but not happy about it because it's a bleepity bleeping blopping pattern with this location. It's THIS location I have a problem with only. Never had a problem with the 3rd street Memphis location, where, honestly, given the location I might expect it, or the Stateline road Southaven location. It's only this location that let's me down EVERY SINGLE BLEEPITY BLEEPING BLOPPING time I order through the app. It's a pattern that NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
