Let’s just add another bad rating to the ongoing list because after reading the reviews I see why my experience was terrible this evening. This location has gone down hill so bad! I had a terrible experience at this location (5985 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN) on 12/13/24. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional, refusing to speak with me or even give his name. He yelled from the back kitchen “your money is no good here,” which was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. All this over a $10 pizza but I refuse to be disrespected like that. This was especially disappointing because the manager on 12/11/24 was amazing—kind, accommodating, and offered to remake my pizza on my next visit due to it being burned in the middle (that was like 2-3 bites on each slice) and the bottom was press out so thin. I couldn’t return that night but I wish I did. That great service was completely overshadowed by tonight’s rude behavior. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location, but this experience has left me questioning if I’ll return even though it’s in my area. I would rather drive 15min away to go to the next one. Management needs to seriously address this behavior. At least my money is good at Marcos tonight.

This Little Caesar’s location is a mess. I came in on a Friday evening expecting a fresh Hot-N-Ready pizza, but instead, I was handed a cold, stale pizza that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. When I asked the manager on duty if they could make a fresh one, he rolled his eyes and told me, “That’s what you get for $5.”
The level of disrespect was unreal. I get that this is fast food, but a little bit of customer service and quality control wouldn’t hurt. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Spend your money elsewhere if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

My online order was not ready upon arrival. I had to ask about it after the pick-up window time had passed. I was notified that it was in the oven 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I suppose it was an overlooked order. Never had any issues with online order until now.

This time was different and I can understand that everyone, least the people working there have good and bad days. However, when kindly asked if I could have a pizza remade because the last one appeared slopped and thrown into the box I'm not going to accept that. I still kindly asked for another pizza and when the young girl told me it would be 5 minutes, she goes to the back to complain and so as well the other. I have worked with customers that you still at the end of the day have to deal with both good or bad. I don't like giving people a hard time, but if you feel the need to complain don't work there and they can find someone else to replace you. You're not the only one there. You have a few good amount of young people, very few that give good service and yet a lot of others complain about everything that of course the job asks for and expects you to do. There will be times I'll still go, but afterwards it can become tiresome to the point I don't want to bother. The Little Caesars on Union gives the best service, everyone else has been becoming sorry and pathetic.

Ordered a head a cheese and pepperoni. Said it would be 20 minutes online took over an hour for 2 pizzas. If it weren’t for my kids and me ordering ahead I would have left. This place keeps going down hill

I bought a cheese pizza, sausage pizza and 2 orders of Italian cheese bread. Had to return the cheese bread order because they were hard and overcooked. The employee who had to make me some fresh cheese bread
appeared to have an attitude. I wasn't really happy with the pizzas but I kept them. The order was $26.30. I normally look at the pizzas before I leave but I didn't. I was at the 5895 Stage Rd location.
