Terrible service. We were practically ignored the entire visit. Had to flag server down for drink refills. She took 20+minutes to bring ONE refill. We were overcharged for our salad. Quite disappointing, especially considering how expensive the meal was.

This review is based on ordering online. The wait time is ridiculous. You have to wait over an 1 hour to get your order. You can leave go shopping, etc and the order still will not be ready. There has to be a more efficient way to run this establishment. To serve the customers inside and those waiting curbside.

It was a birthday lunch ruin for my girl. When we arrive it took forever for someone to come to the front. The restaurant was not busy. We were taken to booth. My girl had to ask the waitress could she wipe off the seat because it was some kind of sauce on it. She ordered the porter house and I ordered a T bone. Her Porter House was smaller than my steak. I asked the waitress why the steak is so small because I have ordered a Porter House before. This is not a Porter House.She didn't have an acceptable answer. I tried to deal with it but the waitress just disappeared. I had to ask another waitress to tell her to bring me the check and some to-go trays. Once again, I waited. I was just ready to leave. My girl wanted to call the manager. I told her I do not want to stay longer than I have to. I was furious. I literally left and went to another restaurant. I am done.
Sat down at the table at 6:00pm. Didnt get drinks until 6:45pm. Received our appetizer at 7:15pm. Got up and left at 7:35 with no entrée. This place is a Joke. 5 family members were seated at a different table with different waitstaff 20 minutes after we were seated and got their drinks, entreés and to go boxes before we even had our APPETIZERS. This was absolute bullshit. We left when our family did. Did get comped shit even though I'd spoken to the manager twice about the situation.

I drive 45 minutes on my wedding anniversary day to have lunch with my wife who had great discomfort, I registered on a waiting list that said it was 20 minutes and when I arrived they told me that I should wait another 25 minutes. This is unacceptable! Don’t offer something you can’t fulfill, you damaged my plans.

I just left this location and was turned away because they couldn’t seat a party of 7. Even after I asked if we could be split, and it didn’t have to be in the same area, the manager said they were short staffed and because we came in as a large party it was nothing she could do. I’m not understanding how you turn away money when we were willing to be split. To me that is poor management. I will never go back, and that’s for sure.
