I use to love Marco's pizza in Bartlett but within the last year or so the pizza has started to taste like cardboard (no taste or flavor). Very disappointing, I forgot why I hadn't been there in a while until I ordered tonight. Service was great but pizza was gross.

Ordered through the website for pickup and arrived at the time frame to pick up. I paid for my order in store, and was advised it would be a few more minutes. 10 minutes passed by and a different young man came to check on me. He said he remembered making my order, so he checked with another employee and apparently my order had been handed to someone else. The man was apologetic and asked if I could wait a few more minutes and he would make it right. I waited, because things happen...
