This has to be the slowest McDonald’s I have been to in along time. 6:15AM and you have to wait for 15 minutes for 2 muffins. I was second in line at the drive thru and there was one car in the parking lot. I wasted so much fuel waiting that I could have went and bought a real breakfast somewhere else. Don’t waste your money. I will not be back.

We ordered two Happy Meals and some nuggets. They asked us to pull around so they could bring out the food. After 15-minutes, a lady knocked on the window and asked what we had ordered. After 30 minutes we just went inside and talked to someone and eventually found our food. Man.
Why does it cost more to add water to a kid's meal than to an adult meal???

We went up there expecting to have good service and good food. We were definitely asking for too much. We waited over 20 minutes in the curb side before we decided to walk in and get greeted by rude workers. We wait about 10 more minutes then the food is given to us. You’d think if we waited 30 minutes the food would be fresh. Wrong! Food was cold, bread was stale. They forgot our fries. I walked in to ask for them again the worker was mad and threw them on the counter. I bring them to my car then open the bag. She put them in upside down when I took them out they went all over the car. Horrible experience and you can’t expect McDonalds to do anything about it besides throw a “free burger” card in your face. Disgusting.

My fries were cold. Didn’t complete my full order and decided ti argue with me anout my order. I also have been waiting for more than 15 mins to even get my food.
When are they going to train customers to work on the machines at McDonald's too. They already force use of self ordering which is forcing free labor. We need to band together and stop using these and file a class action lawsuit against these corporations for forcing free labor. They force free labour and the machines don't work properly all cooperate greed.

Possibly the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 25 minutes and no one ever came. Pulled in line to speak to someone at the window about an online order I placed and paid for and waited an additional 30 minutes. Will never come back to this location again. Absolute terrible service and wait times. Would give 0 stars if possible.
