Possibly the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 25 minutes and no one ever came. Pulled in line to speak to someone at the window about an online order I placed and paid for and waited an additional 30 minutes. Will never come back to this location again. Absolute terrible service and wait times. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Extremely slow! Waited 30 minutes for an online order. However, I did notice there wasn’t a lot of workers there like it use to be. They are slow but I can tell they are very short staffed.

This location is terrible. No matter if I order delivery or drive thru I’m always missing food and the wait time is just ridiculous. Customer service is also terrible. They just hand you your food and close the window with no communication.

we placed our order online and it took them over 30 minutes to even come to the drive through for us to be able to tell them our order numbers. after we finally got to tell them our order numbers, they brought us our food and forgot our drinks. i get home and eat my deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, and my burger has plastic in it. i am BEYOND disappointed and upset. i cannot describe how utterly betrayed i feel. do better mcdonald's.

I ordered curbside pickup from the app. The was was good. The store associate that brought my food to the car was very friendly. I'm neutral on the atmosphere since I didn't go inside.

I stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 5-10 minutes, and only 1 person that was working the drive through acknowledged me to tell me they would be with me in a few minutes. My order were supposed to be eat in, not to go. Instead, it was thrown in a bag and a very rude lady called out my order number. To make matters worse the table I wanted to sit at was dirty and I had to clean it myself since nobody would have been helped to do for me for another 5-10 extra minutes, if that! This is not the first time I've been ignored and received horrible service when coming inside to eat. Next time I'll find another McDonald's location to go to. I won't be back to this one. Very disappointed, get it together, McDonald's.

Very unprofessional the younger workers at night steal DoorDash orders so they can take it home and probably feed their kids. They’re literally stealing DoorDash orders and it impacts us because our production goes down. They need to fire them all the night workers on Thursday nights
