They cannot get breakfast right…ever! They can’t handle the volume on weekends. They just hand you a bag and when you tell them they got it wrong they just grab another bag. I can’t imagine the amount of loss they accumulate in a day. Do something Jeffers family. It’s a nice location just everything about the operation is horrible.

I placed my order on the app , pulled up and was told to pull into a parking spot and wait .. after 9 mins a lady brought me some of my order and somone else order .. then she handed me the other order and told me “ go thru that and see if it’s yours “ so o pulled out all the food , fries fell out and it was not mine . She then asked me what I was missing so I told her , before I could finish speaking she walked off and gave the food I just had my hands all over to some other guy waiting .. that’s disgusting, who knows why was on my hands right ? And now it’s all over this guys fries and burger .. anyway .. I went inside to get my food and the girl finally brings me my food .. it’s the same food she just brought me … instead of giving me my MISSING FOOD she gave me the few items I ALREADY HAD !! Finally after explaining and show the now 3 teenage girls what I was missing I finally got my food along with a big attitude from the original server.. she walked off cussing and flinging her 3 foot long braids all over the fries and into the fry grease 😂 Food was typical fast food garbage I expected Service was typical fast food garbage 0/10 This is specifically the McDonald’s on summer next to the Bartlett Police Department

Not sure why this is a common occurrence. I place my order on the app, I say the code they say my name and tell me to pull forward. At the window they say they don’t have my order? The one they just confirmed, in one case a lady tried to argue with me saying i was at the wrong store and they don’t have my order at all. Anyway, each time this happens the drive thru person literally looks down at the counter, sees me receipt and hands it to me. Why is this a difficult task?

I dont know who you all had on nuggets yesterday (11/6/24) but this is ridiculous. There was a long brown strand and a curly gray strand in my 6pc nugget. Always check your food people.
Wonderful service especially for McDonalds. Kathy is a wonderful manager!!! She deserves a raise, i have NEVER throughout my entire life of eating McDonalds had such friendly and considerate service. 10/10 they should definitely keep her.
