Our order was delivered incorrectly for few times. We waited for Apple pie for over 20 min. then we have to remind them so we can receive our orders. Also, the floors and tables are dirty. Employees are bickering at the kitchen and it can be heard at the eating area. Employees on breaks taking a nap at the couch, it does not look good.

Food was old and cold! I hope these fast food chains start using the self service machines more and make everything AI instead. Since people don't want to do their jobs make it satisfying for us all and get rid of them.

Well, I can say one thing they don’t know how to cook a hamburger. My hamburger was raw. If you do get a hamburger there make sure it’s cooked if not, put it in your microwave to cook it before you eat it. I’m surprised they haven’t given somebody food poisoning. 😳 and I had to wait for my food. Do yourself a favor go to the McDonald’s around the corner. Haven’t had any problems from that McDonald’s.
Wow, after reading some other reviews looks like I’m not the only one to get a raw hamburger. Somebody needs to report this McDonald’s to the health department.

No apple juice with 2 Happy Meals! for the thousandth time!! I even asked the man at the 3rd window if it had been checked and he lied and said it had.... BUT IT HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED! I've said it before but this time I mean it.... even though it is right around the corner from my house... I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Waited for 10 minutes to try an order through the drive thru. 20 minutes after the store opened and they said “we aren’t open yet” sadly people just don’t value customers or service anymore. Do better!

Super disappointing to order things that are supposed to have monopoly peices to peel .. then you get your bag and only 1 coffee cup had a piece.... none were on the hashbrowns, large fries, large sodas etc .... why advertise monopoly if you arent distributing?
My quarter pounder was raw. I thought it was just a little pink but no it was full on red and not fully cooked into the surrounding meat

Horrible language, terrible service, gave me the same sandwich twice without correction, only sauce. The new special sandwich was given with NO bacon, No Tomato, No lettuce, nothing. Staff were very very rude on two occassions, cussing in front of my young children. They also refused to deliver curbside orders. Horrible experience while traveling! Came here on the way to destination, and back. Woman claimed she was a manager but claimed she had no idea how curbside worked or why my order was never delivered to car. Forced me to have to take special needs child in to get our food, who then had to go back in twice because my order was made wrong! It was NOT corrected, and the chicken was old, very, very tough, and tasted as if it had been grabbed from waste bin.

Shout out to the DAYTIME crew. Staff were friendly. The inside looks organized and cleaner. Received order quickly. Overall, my experience has always been positive, but you can see there’s been a change 👍🏼
