Not sure why this is a common occurrence. I place my order on the app, I say the code they say my name and tell me to pull forward. At the window they say they don’t have my order? The one they just confirmed, in one case a lady tried to argue with me saying i was at the wrong store and they don’t have my order at all. Anyway, each time this happens the drive thru person literally looks down at the counter, sees me receipt and hands it to me. Why is this a difficult task?
