Joined the sip club and just took advantage of my first free drink. Staff was friendly, well put together, and readily available. Parking lot and outside of store was clean and free of debris.

The service was great, the lady took her time letting us sample the newer drinks so we would be sure about what we wanted to order. The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

Panera bread at this location is very unprofessional. They lack accountability, the management itself is just terrible, they’re rude and half the time they act is if they don’t even want to be there. The place is dirty in itself dishes everywhere during the day & the only time the place gets cleaned is when they’re close to closing. The employees try to be as helpful as they can be on a good day, but it really just falls back to lack of great management. I myself witnessed a tall male manger with long hair walking around the dinning area, not cleaning off any tables but in-fact leaving the mess. I came back another date and witnessed that same manger proceed to cuss at an African American woman, who didn’t seem to be an employee, with other customers around. this is disgusting and a disgrace to the community. I hope things will change for the better, this use to be my favorite location to eat at. Highly disappointed.
