Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Popeyes on 6085 Stage Rd in Bartlett, TN.
After visiting this location, my debit card information was compromised and over $500 in unauthorized purchases were made shortly after my transaction.
What makes this even worse is that management did absolutely nothing to address the situation when it was reported. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no real concern shown for a serious issue involving a customer’s financial security.
Customers should never have to worry about their card information being compromised just for buying a meal. The lack of response from management is incredibly disappointing and raises serious concerns about how this location handles customer safety and complaints.
Until Popeyes corporate actually investigates and holds people accountable, I would strongly caution anyone about using their debit or credit card at this location.
Very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Was excited to visit a Popeyes as they closed the one near me. Came to Bartlett, TN 6 hours away, ordered a Ghost Pepper with bacon and cheese combo, with my family because they ran out of breasts. Got my order to dine in, but got a couple of bags given to me. The Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich had no bacon and cheese . I went up and asked for it, but was refused stated I had to ask for that extra. It was on the menu stating #2 with bacon and cheese. Will not stop by here again. Very rude staff. And tables still had food half eaten in dining room.

They had the door locked today when I was trying to pick up an order for door dash. A UberEATS driver was there to pick up an order. There could've been a problem the many people that were inside would not tell us anything. All orders were cancelled and about 15 customers came and went because they wouldn't take orders.
Long wait 6 minutes turn out to be 35 minutes will not go back unprofessional I don’t recommend dishes they don’t have or run out or went bad

The workers here STOLE OUR CREDIT CARD by not giving it back after ordering through the drive through and then after work, went across the street to the smoke shop and used our card. The nature and manner that this was followed up with was poor. Extremely disappointed. I barely eat fast food and so haven’t been there in years. The service has certainly went to its lowest. We are now working with the police but doubt this was the first time nor is it the only worker that is involved. Most of them looked unfazed with the exception of the manager.
