Food looks bomb but the service is almost non existent. It took about 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. They kept walking past until one finally said they’d be with us in a moment. There was only one customer when we walked in so they weren’t busy. We were hoping we found a spot but no thanks

They were packed and still gave great customer service and had our funnel cakes out quickly. The funnel cakes were massive and delicious. The chocolate covered oatmeal cream pie, moon pie, and rice crispy treats were also yummy. Great experience!

I have loved this place for months but lately they have fallen short on quality. I ordered a funnel cake via Uber. My funnel was just that. An extra large cake better yet basically scribbled extra large strings of pancake mix. The chocolate drizzle was globs of chocolate and it just didn’t even look worth eating. I will gladly change my review once I see more consistency . Also how does a funnel Cake come delivered soggy!l?

The employee, I believe her name was Jaryiah, was extremely kind and inviting. She prepared my meal quickly, and it tasted excellent; you can genuinely see that she puts in a lot of effort. I would definitely recommend her, 10/10! 😊

So I don't come here often at all, because it's always a negative experience. It never fails, they're just not ran well. Everyone in there is still a child. There is are no adults working there. Everybody's 12 years old. I place my order, it took awhile to make to begin with then someone else walks in and I don't know what the deal was with her, but they gave her my food deliberately. One girl told the other girls to give her rhe next one up, because of whatever reason and they all got silent, because they knew it was wrong and even the girl they gave my food to was afraid and hesitate to take it, because she knew it was wrong. I didn't say anything or else they would have retaliated and not made the food, but if hire all 5th graders then this is what happens. Where are the parents!?

I absolutely love this place, when I was introduced to it about 3 weeks I fell in love with their menu! I’m an absolute foodie especially for strawberry shortcake! Their strawberry crunch shortcake has me in a chokehold I’ve ordered 3 of them and they do not disappoint. It’s big enough to feed 4 people and they are made to fresh to order and they do not slack on the toppings! If you go that’s definitely a must try! Let’s not forget the frozen Italian ice flavors! All of them are good but if you’re looking for a match made in heaven, I recommend the tigers blood mixed with sunset and vanilla ice cream! That’s my definite go to! The blue lemon and skittles is fire too. Really all their flavors are a must try! Last but not least let’s talk about the adult versions of Italian ice! Yes I said it adult 21+ the strawberry Hennessy ? overall you can’t go wrong with this place! Customer service is on point, chocolate desserts and dipped apples are on point as well! I haven’t tried the cheesecake yet but I have my eyes on the pecan pie cheesecake on my next visit. My man got the strawberry cheesecake and loved every bit of it. 10 out of 10 recommend again!
