Crab legs were overcooked. Requested replacement which were better but very small. Seasoning was great on replacement.Onion rings were undercooked and mostly batter.Roach crawling on our booth seat.Used to be a great place, now not so much. Sad.

My wife loves this stuff. And she says it tastes great. I eat some of the shrimp but not a big fan of seafood. It looks and smells great. Tastes awesome too.

So so good!!! I LOVED the gumbo and shrimp, got the hot Red Hook seasoning on the shrimp, loved it!!! Service was very good!

This place has some great seafood and every Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm the have incorporated a live DJ. The service is always on point great job and you will be glad to came.

we went to the one in Bartlett. got seated quickly. ok, now we're waiting on the server for 10 minutes. finally gave our appetizer order and food order plus a drink order (which was made with the cheapest liquor). sometime later why did all our food come out at the same time except my dates food. he has allergies and they apparently took the necessary precautions in preparing his order. Not! few bites in he started feeling funny. oh an my order was wrong. we tried several times to get the servers attention but she was too busy on her phone at the bar. hint it wasn't crowded! once she finally came over. I asked for a to go since she claimed my order was correct ( I didn't want crab leg or lobster, just shrimp) and my dates food was prepped properly smh. now it's gets better. we're almost to the vehicle and the server says we paid the wrong ticket. we had to come back in. basically she wanted to make sure she didn't lose that tip. here's the cliffhange... Im just now opening the to go order today guess what , the crab and lobster plus corn and potatoes were gone! now that was included in the order that I asked her make to go. I could write a short story on my experience there. one thing for sure we will not be back!!!!!

I'm upset! I drove a hour to be still hungry. The mussels was a couple size bigger then a ant. The crab legs was the size of my hands. The seasoning....nevermind. I will not be coming back to this place, not by choice anyway. UghhhhhhMy daughter suggested another place but I convinced her to changed her mind about this place.

Ordered takeout. Shrimp poorboy and lemon pepper chicken wings. Didn't take long, food was very good, and service was pretty good. Wish they had put the lemon pepper on the wings instead of in a container. I guess that's so you can add as much seasoning as you'd like. I like this location as well as the one on Union. Either way , you won't lose

My first time at one of these restaurants and the atmosphere is great. Friendly staff. Great tasting gumbo. Cajun fries where Great. The crawfish tails were superb.

Mane i got catfish and calamari and the calamari was like a 9/10 but the catfish was definitely a 0/10 I threw it away after a couple bites it didn't even look like fried catfish I wish I had took a picture but it looked like chicken tenders to be honest. Never again I recommend ocean blue crab or something of that name.
The food was good but a little too salty. The major issue I had with rh is they tacked on a 18% gratuity if you dine in after 7pm without notifying you, no matter how many are in your party. There was just my son and myself dining together. Their sign at the door clearly says if there is a party of 6 or more it's18%. They supposedly just started this policy. I was not expecting to pay extra money that I could have used for something more important, like gas. I will not be dining here again.

It was calm and quiet when we entered to try the restaurant (about 8:00pm). After we ordered, they began blasting a basketball game on all of the TV's. I'm not a sports fan. And, I did need a water refill. Still, a memory to talk about later.

I went there last Saturday or Friday and ordered 2 weekend specials. One mild red hook special and one extra hot red hook special. Mild was for my kids. Also a chicken nugget meal for my toddler. Mine had no spice in it at all. I payed over 103 and some change for the meal and y’all couldn’t pay attention to add spice. The whole purpose of me going to you all was for spicy authentic seafood. I took the L because I don’t live in Bartlett. I suggest wolf chase red hook. Never again.

Everything was great and can't complain about the price either. Cost $60 and fed two very well. We didn't even finish it all. Been here several times and only had one bad experience. That's pretty good if you ask me. The Hennessy was purchased elsewhere lol.
