I ordered thru the app, and check in, the screen said my ordered was going to be delivered and waited 10 minutes and nothing, pressed the red button they told me my ordered had to be made and they got an attitude. I was in a hurry that's why I order thru the then still waiting. Bad service

This sonic has gone downhill. We had a similar experience about 6 months ago but decided to try again tonight. I spent $40 get home and cheeseburger is soggy and barely warm. Asked for no tomatoes but had them on there, not a big deal. The sogginess was the big deal. Like it had been sitting for a while. I had to throw away after 2 bites, just gross! Cheese sticks were still cold in the middle! Oreo blast I paid for extra Oreo and it was barely mixed with less Oreos in it than normal. Looked like Oreo dust! Peanut butter milkshake that I paid for extra chocolate syrup to be added wasn’t. Just all around disappointed and won’t be back. Carhops are always sweet!

There were so many flies in the building they couldn't get the orders right then you had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make your other order why you watching flies laying on people's food and all in the back where the food is being made flies or flying on top of people's head on their food at the table seem like there was a lady from corporate there or a district manager and she didn't say nothing about it I don't see how they can pass inspection with all that nastiness around and dirty stuff in their kitchen >>>>>>SONIC I AM VERY SORRY THIS WAS MENT FOR WENDY ON GETWELL BY THE HOSPITAL IT, WAS VERY SICKEN I AM TRULY SORRY. The experience I just had at the Sonic on Hwy 70 was honestly awful. Placed an app order at 8:18 PM, got there at 8:24 PM, checked in — and waited over hour and a half. I get that they were busy, but when people who showed up 10 minutes ago were getting their food while I’d been waiting over an hour, that’s when it became a problem. Tried flagging down employees multiple times - got ignored.
When I finally spoke to someone, the assistant manager blamed me for waiting so long, admitted my food had been sitting out the whole time, & accused me of not checking in when my name had been on the screen the entire time. I asked her about a refund or coupon — nothing. She didn’t even have the decency to come back out to tell me an update. She made her employee do it for her which blows my mind. By time I left there, it was 9:50 PM!
Total waste of time and money. I am never giving them any of my business. Maybe if the assistant manager would have TRIED, then I’d reconsider. I’ll be calling tomorrow for a manager who actually cares (honestly if they even do).
