Worst sonic in the area. Food is never fresh, or the order is wrong. A grilled cheese has always been on Texas toast except here. Got this one at a restaurant in Jackson Tn just now. An example of how the bread should be, no sandwich slices to save a buck.
I had Ms. Erica as a carhop today and she was amazing! She was enthusiastic, quick, and did a great job! I’d definitely come back!

Drink left off my order, carhop super snappy said there wasn't one. Tried to show her my receipt, but she was gone. No mayo or tomato on my chicken club toaster either. The manager did fix it, but it left me wanting to ask for my tip back.

This is my favorite Sonic! I love that you can order in the app and come pick it up. The service is always great, the servers are always very nice,and our order is always correct.( I'd like to add that I'm missing the churro shakes terribly though but hopefully they'll be back again?)

They struggle reading the order. Might as well take easy ice off the app. I have never, not once, gotten easy ice at this location. Also ordered a burger that doesn't even come with bacon and they put bacon on my burger. Seems as they just don't care about customer service.

Sonic Drive-In especially at this location can be up and down sometime. Sometimes your order get ready super quick and other time it's take awhile for your order to be ready. Sometimes the food stay warm when you arrive home, and sometimes you have to warm the food back up in the microwave when you arrive home. One con about this location is that the French Fries always get cold very fast. A positive though is that the beverages and Ice Cream will always be delicious. Just like the Strawberry Sundae I have today on June 19, 2023. Ice cream and Strawberry a lovely combination.
I rarely go to sonic but when I do I expect to be given my food as it was intended to be made and delivered. 6/9/2023 at approximately 9:41pm I ordered two grilled cheese burger combos. When I got home I noticed that my burger was a little thin so I opened it up and there were only single patties in both. I went back to this establishment and told them the mistake so the young lady came out to my stall and took my receipt and the food. She then brought back the food supposedly fixed. Before I drove off I checked one burger and saw there were two patties so I assumed the other one was also fixed, was I wrong. When I got home at almost 10:30pm now my husbands burger was corrected but mine still had the one patty, frustrated enough I decided to just eat the food. While eating I than found a small hair. Im disgusted and would never go to this location again.

I’ve gone to this Sonic consistently since around 2009 and honestly, their service is never lacking. I can’t even remember a time when our item was incorrect or we were missing something and it usually comes out pretty quickly. For those unfamiliar with Sonic, it is essentially food you’d find at a local fair. So if that’s what you’re craving, this is it!

good food but they need to fix the way they make their chili dogs. either use shredded cheese or put the cheese square underneath the hot dog. it also needs more chili.
