Please hire more staff for the mid-day shift. They're really good about getting my order right and everyone here has a great attitude, but GEEZ it takes 30+ minutes to get your coffee.

I would love it when I order food it was ready when my flying was. I have had to ask about when I pick up my drink and then they make it. What is the point of ordering on the app if you not going to fill the order until I get there.

This is my primary Starbucks, and I'm usually quite happy with the service, but this last Friday I went inside and ordered a dark roast and I watched as the lady that took my order decided to add Pikes to my drink when the Dark roast ran out. She then handed me the cup but didn't tell me she'd done that?!? I called her out on it and told her I really think that is my decision to make, not the employee's. I would have preferred she told me it was out and that...
