As are many Starbucks located within other businesses (in this case, Macy's), service and standards can be hit and miss. Fortunately, there is a "real" Starbucks located a short distance to the southwest, just outside of the periphery of the mall's parking lot.

One of the worst Starbucks. So inconsistent in hours. They’re repeatedly closed at random times and without notice. I suggest they need new management because the location is in a good intersection. I wonder if that is the reason this particular store is still in business.

This place is awful! Does Starbucks know they are the worst store ever like worse than McDonald’s! The coffee here is awful and they never make the drinks right! So glad there is one across the street! Don’t waste your money here!

Happy Friday! Please excuse the typos lol - I was having a conversation with a girlfriend of mine - she was telling me that Starbucks now carries the refresher and I have never tried one so on the menu there's four flavors kiwi , strawberry and I forgot the other two but I've already tried the strawberries - at this visit I wanted to try the kiwi when you order the refresher you have your choice of telling them to add water or add lemonade now that I know adding lemonade make sure refresher sweeter adding water just I guess you can say enhances whichever fruit flavor you choose and it's still refreshing so just a choice of do you want a more lemonade mix with the fruit flavor or would you rather have The fruit just blend it with water and ice so it's just really a preference - I'm also on this visit I ordered some cake pops my little one loves the chocolate cake pop and they were out of the birthday cake pop which is the second choice so I ordered one chocolate cake pop and one cookie dough cake pop

I ordered a iced matcha green tea and I waited for 20 minutes and got only half filled drink, super upset.

Waited in line for over 35 minutes and my drink didn't taste right and my food was cold, never again will i go to this location. No wonder you have a 1 star rating! I was willing to give this location another chance because this happened to me last time, but now I'll have to go out of my way to a further location that I know will have better service.

I am a guest in Memphis , stoped by to Starbucks which is my choice of coffee and love the Almond Croissant . What happened to the Southern hospitality y'all talk about . No greeting , no smile, what you want ? I ordered my granda mocha with Almond croissant and a white Choclate for my guest , the drink came out they called my name but no Almond Croissant , stood there like a lost soul not knowing who should i talk too , because among the 5 people behind the counter no one was willing to look you in the eye , well I was not about to leave with out me croissant I interrupted the cashier and asKed for a missing item , not even a sorry or a smile would do - I sincerely hope this is a one tIme incident because if a smile is too much to ask , welcome to the southern hospitality because among all places Starbucks should be your friendly faces to see . Love the coffee . Love the people that work on the service industry and I always show my appreciation by leaving a good Tip .
