At our local Subway, we visit frequently, and the service is usually acceptable. However, today’s experience was disappointing. My daughter ordered a pizza sub, but the owner misunderstood her order. Instead of asking her to clarify, he began preparing a different type of pizza. When she corrected him, he aggressively slid the food across the counter.
When he finally started to make her pizza sub, he attempted to put only four pepperonis on it, placing them on the bread in a way that clearly showed his frustration and lack of professionalism. It's worth noting that my daughter is a minor and was polite when she pointed out his mistake.
After i informed him about how he was incorrectly preparing her food, he spoke to another employee in their native language, and she began to make my daughter’s food correctly. What concerns me is that, as the owner of the restaurant, he failed to maintain professionalism and provide a positive experience for a teenager. This will be the last time I spend money there. It felt as though he was trying to shortchange my daughter by not properly preparing her food compared to the others we ordered, due to his misunderstanding.

So we visit this location frequently and usually the service is okay. Today my daughter ordered a pizza sub, but the owner didn’t understand what’s she said. So instead of asking her to repeat what she said he started to make her some type of pizza. When she corrected him he aggressively slide the food across the counter. Then when he started to make her pizza sub he TRIED to only give her 4 pepperoni’s on her pizza sub. And he just placed them on the bread in an way that showed he was pissed and that he had lost all his professionalism. Mind you my daughter is a minor. She wasn’t rude when she corrected HIS mistake with her order. Then when he was informed about how he was improperly making her food he spoke to the lady in their native tongue and she started to prepare my daughter’s food the correct way. What I don’t like is the fact that as the owner of the restaurant he wasn’t able to remain professional and provide a positive customer experience for a teenager. This will be last time I spend money there. He literally tried to CHEAT my daughter by not preparing her food properly (meaning the amount of meat on her sub compare to the others we were purchasing) because of his lack of understanding.
Tried to grab lunch and was told they are closing down. At 330 pm on a Sunday. Seriously?
This subway does not honor local coupons.

Baby, Yall DID NOT Disappoint! I Ordered The All- Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on 6” Wheat W/ Extra Chicken, & Extra Sweet Onion Sauce, & Yall Came Through! I Ordered Online & Normally When I Order Anything Extra, I Never Get It, But Yall Was Spot On ??& My Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies Were Fresh. Thank Yall! Hands Down, Best Lunch From Subway. Will Definitely Be Back.

Didn't take coupons, and we measured their 6in subs. They cut them to (3) sections of 4in instead of (2) sections of 6in. Stealing from their customers to make more money.Besides that, you can't understand a word they say and they don't understand anything you say either.Don't patron here

If I could give 0 stars I would. The fact that this place just closes whenever they want to is ridiculous. They closed tonight at 8:00pm when their sign, and online says 9:30pm. They closed due to “weather conditions.” Mind yall ITS RAINING, this is TN RAIN is normal.I would understand if there were snow on the ground, but this has happened to me 3 times now. I will NOT be back. Google & the door should be updated if you’re going to close early every single night!
