Ever since management changed, it's gone down hill. They are super stingy with toppings (I'm talking two super tiny slices of tomatoes and like 6 black olives or jalapeños) and they visibly do not care about their job. The guy was on his phone walking around behind the counter and on the floor, and the lady working was being super slow. I also found out the tips do not go to the employees. The manager keeps them for themselves. Just rubs me the wrong way.

I would not go here ever again and it is just down the street. First of all, I ordered a veggie sub on wheat the lettuce that they put on the container had dried brown lettuce around the edge where it had been in the freezer all night and they were using old lettuce. Second of all I asked for mustard with my veggies he put the mustard all over the top of my sub and I told him no I wanted it on the bread so it wouldn't make a mess and he squirted more on the bread so I had a mustard sub they still sold it to me like that seeing that I was frustrated the lady Sounded like she was sick had no business being working with her horse voice. I would never go there if I were you I would avoid this place like the plague.

Store closes at 930pm, i pulled up 40 minutes before they closed, but the 2 young associates working there decided they didnt want to serve me and cut their lights off with me looking at them. Not my fault you decided to mop and start closing 40 minutes before you close. Id give them 0 stars if i could. Either update you closing time online or dont close 40 minutes before the actual time.

They do not honor most promotions subway offers. Their prices are also higher than other locations. They are stingy with their toppings, despite asking for extra things like banana peppers and spinach. Even sauces like mayo. The store is always clean and the staff mostly friendly, but short and curt in their replies.

Do not go here, when I walked in nobody greeted me, the worker who made my sandwich had an bad attitude, was rushing and acting like she didn't want to make my sandwich or even be at work! I am a paying customer I should be spoke to, and treated well without having to ask to be treated as such! I most definitely have them a piece of my mind

This used to be such a great Subway, not anymore! The staff is a bit rude, I ordered 4 sandwiches and all were made with very little care. Very sloppy and not what it used to be!

If you think you want to order on the app to save 20% off a sandwich, no you do not. Two of my three sandwiches were made wrong. I asked for mozzarella cheese and I got some mystery orange cheese, the thinnest cucumbers I’ve ever seen in my life, barely any tomatoes and the tiniest hint of mayo. My other sandwich was a BLT with double bacon. 3 pieces. I got 3 tiny thin pieces of bacon. The app said 20% off and they sure took 20% of my sandwiches off. Never ordering online again. At least if you’re in person they’re too embarrassed to do that right in front of you. Or maybe they aren’t, who knows. I won’t be coming back here for a while.

I ordered a 12" meatball sandwich and noticed the meatballs are smaller now compared to recently I bought one at the same location. Plus the flat bread is thinner poorer quality. I asked the girl that you guys are making your meatballs smaller all the did was laugh in my face as to say yea too bad. Last time at this Subway. I know you guys are cheap be careful how you keep on cheating your customers. Think of Quiznos.???

The sub was for my husband. He enjoyed it. They need to cover the bar that house the condiments. I have been twice in the last month. The regular lettuce does not appear fresh. They should only keep a small amount out. It was turning brown. The sliced tomatoes were not crisp! One time I went, one of the ladies sneezed behind the counter??‍♀️

I went in at 9:03. I was prepared to tip the young lady accordingly because I am aware of the time. She told me they closed at 9:00 but the doors were unlocked and the food was still out. The manager came out saying they received an order to close at 9:00. I would be more receptive of the comment if they would have just told me they did not want to make it. I will not return here. Terrible service.
