If you order from the app, expect all of your sandwiches to be incorrectly made.I guess they train everyone to make sub sandwiches like a taco - with all meat in the fold of the sandwich and veggies all on one side.Both of these were ordered with extra veggies and mayo. They're bone dry with a sprinkle of veggies. One sandwich has the wrong bread.

I love coming to this subway. It's the one on Altruria by walmart neighborhood. Their are two women who work here that are super nice, and one of them gave my two daughters a couple of cookies. They are professional and very kind and will chat with you while they make your sandwich. Idk about anyone else, but a little bit of friendly banter from employees at any establishment really helps make a difference. At least to me anyway! I was disappointed that they dont take coupons. So that's why I gave 4 stars. That's no reflection on the staff or food.Kid-friendliness: They are always nice and friendly to my children.

They don't accept Subway coupons, and then they ask for a tip. Here's my tip--if subway mails out coupons, you should accept them. Don't ask for more of my money when you don't hold up your end of a bargain.

Deceptive adervertisement about coupons. The FTC needs to investigate Subway about the fake advertisement of offering coupons.The staff of young Indian women clearly don't like Americans. The women were rude and unkind but wanted your money. I will never "EVER" go to that Subway again.Unfortunately, it's not just this Subway. The Indian guy at the St. Francis, Memphis, TN location Subway franchise was unprofessional and rude too!All of the customers saw lint from a towel that was on a customers sandwich. We kept telling him that the fabric from the towel was on the sandwich. He kept ignoring us. So, I walked away without lunch. Never ate there again. Disgustingly Gross!

What do you expect from young people making sloppy subway sandwiches..
Subways can be hit or miss and I've had some of the misses. This one is a winner. Food was fresh and well prepared. Love the staff... overall a great experience

I went in and ordered two footlong sandwiches. When I go to pay I present a coupon I got in the mail, FROM SUBWAY. They tell me they don't accept coupons. At this point they've already made the sandwiches. I ask if they'd rather take a coupon or waste the two sandwiches. They refused to take the coupon and threw the sandwiches away. Such a waste just for flat refusing to take a coupon that would save me a couple of bucks. The priority here is absurd. Accepting the coupon would have satisfied a paying customer and insured my future business. Now they'll NEVER make a dime from me. To the franchise owner: Is it really worth it to refuse legitimate SUBWAY coupons? It's short sighted business.

I was at this location today and I wanted to buy 10 sandwiches and a woman named Hanna made me wait for more than 25 minutes that she would serve the other people before me. to later tell me that he was not going to sell them to me. because it was a very big order. I had to call 24 hours before, what a bad service, how is it possible that I have to order the food I want to eat 24 hours before.
