For the price of the fried green tomatoes, I would say skip them, they were quite bland , can’t quite remember what else I got, but it wasn’t so bad that I remember, or so good.
We tried this little charming place, the waitress and staff were very welcoming & friendly. The whole catfish as well as the catfish filets were delicious, seasoned well, outstanding but, for me, the greens, creamed corn and fried green beans need seasoning. These vegetables are great for older, geriatric customers who prefer bland veggies. The sweet potato casserole, onion rings and homemade apple turnover were ok. There was a stage and the waitress stated live band on Friday...
Great service, Great food, Food is awesome southern style food, had pork chop with gravy, greens, sweet potatoes, cornbread. And cannot complain was so good. Just like home. The menu is to just savor over. And prices and desserts are not bad. Make this your stop
