I tried to give them a chance. Don’t m ow why I keep coming. This has got to be one of the worst Taco Bells ever! There is no leadership there but you can’t blame them when it’s kids that work there. They’re trying but it’s bad y’all! It could be the mobile order because I don’t have issues if I order in person.This most recent time I order online but went inside to pickup. I wasn’t greeted and someone acknowledged me after about 4 minutes and I told him my name. Then I waited another 10 minutes and the person who first acknowledged me came back and said “aw you’re still waiting?” I just told them not to worry about it and I canceled my order. I guess it wasn’t meant to be for me to eat Taco Bell.Edit: someone contacted me and I shared my experience. Thank you for taking time to reach out!

Arrived at this location at 10:15pm. Ordered and was advised they were out of beef and it would take 15 minutes to cook, they asked if we wanted chicken instead. We said we would wait, because we wanted beef on the Mexican pizzas. We waited 15 minutes and once arrived home there was chicken on the Mexican pizza and no beef. The cheesy fiesta potato’s were old and cold and honestly it looked like someone spit in it or their sour cream was liquidy. There was not way I felt safe letting my child eat that. It is now 10:45 at night, we have thrown together incorrect food and nobody at this location will answer the phone. I just want a refund as I don’t even trust them to not “mess” with my food if they are to fix it. The owner of this franchise really needs to evaluate the employees they have. Every single time we have been there in the evening, the employees are rude, our food is wrong, or something is missing. Whoever owns or manages this location should be very embarrassed. I know better now, and will drive a little further to go to the one on stage. Hoping someone higher up sees this and will make it right.

Amazing service today 2/24/24 @,1:48 pm.l couldn't open the door. The young gentleman came outside to tell me they were open. I received my senior citizen discount without having to ask for it. Warm, friendly, fast and clean. Great work!

I call myself wanting to go get me some good ole Taco Bell Breakfast early Saturday morning 2/3/24 at this location and when I pulled to the speaker, the worker who was assigned to the speaker welcomed me with a nasty attitude. You can tell that the worker wasn’t up for working and my intuition knows that this customer was possibly frustrated with coming in to work since it wasn’t nothing I did. I spoke on this because it’s important to understand both sides here as a customer and a worker but a customer shouldn’t have to experience bad customer service all because the worker didn’t want to work. It’s not the customer fault nor customer responsibility to have to “understand” when someone tone is off. I’m sure this worker may feel the same if they went to a restaurant and someone gave them bad customer service. This turned me away from coming to this restaurant. Customer service is key! I didn’t go about purchasing anything…Once I heard how rude this worker tone was I surely didn’t want to order food and have workers at this place make my food that I would digest in my body. That energy is off therefore I won’t come back here.

It took several minutes frontbencher order to be filled and warning was the girl called my name, placed a bag on the counter and was gone around the corner before I could speak to her. I was not given a cup for my drink which required calling out to the back as no one was in sight. When I got to the table with my bag the order was short one taco which then took at least another 5 minutes to serve. The 3 taco shells were hard and stale. ?

do not order expensive food here if you can. Drinks are mid at best. Syrup in the machine was low. Quesadillas were uncut and hard to take out of the bag due to sticking. Parts had no cheese or chicken. Beans smelled rotten and were unedible.

Best customer service experience I've had, at this location, in a real long time. Food, however? It was ok. The tacos had hardly any meat on them. But all in all a good experience.

First off I want to say this probably the best taco bell in the area and the food here has never gotten me sick unlike navy rd's location. The manager (12/22/2023,630pm) had awesome customer service and kept her staff on task. My order was correct and prepared to the best quality. The only thing stopping me from giving this place five stars is they need to show more TLC to the dinning area. Also, not talk to employees about bad habits out in the open.

I dont understand... Taco Bell already has a reputation for Grade E meat, but has gotten worse... I got a 2 Chalupa meal with a soft taco.. one chalupa was steak, and one was chicken... not only were both bland, but the meats have observed been changed again, as Taco Bell keeps cutting quality.. these didn't even have a meat texture.. I could only describe both the steak and chicken to have a similar texture to an over fried scrambled egg. What are we coming to in this industry?
